LEGO Star Wars returns to Hoth with an amazing huge new Playset

qmsuiwx2sjw6alnqphi8The long awaited from all fans and rumored for years before its appearance LEGO Star Wars set based on the Assault on Echo Base arrives with 2000 pieces and 14 minifigures. It’s price is no small thing to swallow as well – $250. Release date is April 2016, which is less than 2 months from now.

A Snowspeeder and even the well known monster Wampa also found a spot here. Each piece is designed to be modular, so they can be slotted together and displayed however you want—even the Rebel’s turrets can be swapped around as you see fit. But as ever with Lego, even in the biggest sets, the stars here are the minifigures.

As the source for my article said “Sadly, no Hoth Leia, which is a shame because Hoth Leia is the best.” Damn!
