Learn where to look for the cards that grant the unique Balatro-themed rewards in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
Update 1.0.5 of Assassin’s Creed Shadows came with a small Balatro collaboration that involves a treasure hunt all over Japan. In order to get the Balatro-themed rewards, you must find five different cards.

Where to find the Balatro cards
To complete this quest, you have to buy the five Balatro cards from different Port Traders. Each card costs 100 Mon, meaning that you will only spend a total of 500 Mon.
We didn’t find a way to trigger this as a quest, even after picking the first card. Since it’s a treasure quest, it’s likely that it’s intended this way. Similar to how the Balatro treasure hunt in Cyberpunk 2077 worked.
The NPCs acting as Port Traders you encounter may look different. The game loads different skins and outfits. The locations and cards, however, are always the same as shown below.
Nine of Swords card location
You can get the Nine Swords card from Port Trader at Sakai, Izumi Settsu. Southwest of Osaka and northwest of Izumi Coast.
Horse of Swords card location
The Port Trader with the Horse of Sword is at Obama, Wakasa. Southwest of Lake Suigetsu and northwest of the Onyu Pass.
Dragon of Swords card location
You can find the Port Trader with the Dragon of Swords in the Miyazu Bay, which is located in the far Northwest of Tamba.
Maid of Swords card location
The Port Trader with the Maid of Swords card is located in Shioutsu, fart north in the Omi region.
King of Swords card location
The Port Trader that sells the King of Swords is in Moth of Seta, Omi. Northwest of the Little Leaf Glade and Southeast of the Hills of Meeting.

The rewards for completing this treasure hunt are a Legendary Balatro-themed Legendary Trinket and Amulet.
