All Major and Minor Stealth Charms, what they do, and where you can get them in Ghost of Yotei.

Stealth Charms make it easier to assassinate enemies and improve your odds in open combat by recovering health and spirit through assassinations. They are most synergistic with the Crimson Kimono, and, to a lesser extent, Nine Tail Armor.
Upgradeable Charm effects describe the fully upgraded version of the Charm and have relevant upgradeable attributes colored in green.
Major Charms
Major Charms can only be placed in Major Charm Slots. You unlock the ability to equip more Major Charms as you collect more Charms. Their effects tend to be stronger than Minor Charms, but not always.
Charm of Masaka
Using a Smoke Bomb regains a major amount of Health.
You receive the Charm of Masaka for completing the Enduring Hold Shrine in Teshio Ridge.


Charm of Izanagi
All types of Assassinations regain a major amount of Health.
You receive the Charm of Izanagi for completing the Sun’s Peak Shrine in Ishikari Plain.


Minor Charms
Minor Charms can be placed in any Charm Slot. Their effects are often weaker, but they’re still worth using because they synergize with a specific Armor.
Charm of Surprise Gift
Assassinated enemies have a major chance to drop their weapon.
You win the Charm of Surprise Gift in a game of Zeni Hajiki at the Nakajima Sake House in Teshio Ridge.


Charm of Lingering Shadows
Reduce enemy detection speed by a major amount.
You receive the Charm of Lingering Shadows for completing the High Wall Fox Den in Teshio Ridge.


Charm of the Wary Opponent
Press L2 to focus on an enemy who has begun to detect you.
You receive the Charm of the Wary Opponent for solving the Interesting Puzzle Box in Teshio Ridge. Puzzle Boxes can be found near Altars of Reflection at Nine Tails Hideouts and occupied locations, as well as Kitsune Altars across Teshio Ridge. You receive the puzzle boxes in a specific order and the Interesting Puzzle Box is always the first one you’ll find.

Charm of Opportunity
Automatically loot assassinated enemies.
You receive the Charm of Opportunity for completing the Winding River Fox Den in Teshio Ridge.


Charm of Assassin’s Resolve
All types of Assassinations grant a minor amount of additional Spirit.
You receive the Charm of Assassin’s Resolve for completing the Flowing Water Fox Den in Yotei Grasslands.


Charm of the Blind Drunk
Throwing Sake jars at enemies will briefly Blind them.
You recieve the Charm of the Blind Drunk for liberating the Broken Horn Garrison from the Oni Raiders in Ishikari Plain.
