What are the Lamorn Shrines
There are six Lamorn Shrines you can find while driving around in Sol Valley. These are ancient ruins that have puzzle rooms, Green Energy Crystal deposits, and a hidden upgrade such as a Missile Expansion or Shot Expansion.

Each of these are related to one of the three elements within the game: Fire, Ice, or Thunder. Many of these are locked which will require either the Fire Shot, Ice Shot, or Thunder Shot.
If you complete these puzzles and reach the final room, you’ll receive an upgrade for one of these Elemental Shots. Each element has two shrines relating to it, one granting the Charged Upgrade and the other granting the Super Upgrade.
Shrine Locations
Hover or tap on an icon on the map below to see details about each Shrine, including a brief description and requirements for it.
Ladder of Thought Shrine
When you enter this shrine, it’ll be covered in Web Crawlers nests. Enter the Ladder of Thought room and burn the webs in the back to access the Green Energy Crystals.
Burn the webs off the right pillar and use the Psychic Glove to pull up one of the pillars a small bit. If it’s too high, you won’t be able to jump up. Jump onto the raised pillar, raise the other one the same way, and repeat this process until you reach the ledge at the top.

Energy Tank
When you reach the top ledge, look to the south and you’ll see a web on the wall. Burn it to reveal a tunnel you can Morph Ball through to reach an Energy Tank. Return through the tunnel and enter the final room.

Charged Fire Shot
Your first Fire Shot upgrade will be the Charged Fire Shot. This consumes 3 shot ammo to fire penetrative projectiles. When fired into an enemy, the shot will burn through them and hit anything behind. This is good for tight, linear spaces such as hallways.

Source of Spring Shrine
Before you will be 3 streams of water with a central structure blocking a door. Shoot the two streams on the side with the Ice Shot to add weight to the central structure. This opens the door ahead, leading to the Gift of Ice.

Missile Expansion
When you freeze the left stream, you’ll open access to a small tunnel that leads to a Missile Expansion and Green Energy Crystals.

Charged Ice Shot
Your first Ice Shot upgrade will be the Charged Ice Shot. This consumes 3 shot ammo and launches icy projectiles that ricochet and bounce off terrain.

Ring of Thunder Shrine
This one is incredibly easy, just pull up the two pillars with the Psychic Glove and shoot any of the pillars with the Thunder Shot to activate the elevator.

Charged Thunder Shot
Your first Thunder Shot upgrade will be the Charged Thunder Shot. This consumes 5 shot ammo that fires a larger burst of electricity at a target. Like the basic Thunder Shots, it’ll arc to nearby targets.

Energy Tank
Go around the statue in Sol Valley and go around to its back. Pull down the shutter to receive an Energy Tank.

Rings of Stone Shrine
Scan the gyroscope mechanism and you’ll see a psychic switch surrounded by concentric stone rings. Use the Control Beam to get past the rings and hit the switch to turn on the elevator.

Super Fire Shot
The Super Fire Shot will consume 15 ammo to fire an even larger volley of penetrating, high-heat projectiles when fully charged.

Shot Expansion
In the room you receive the Fire Shot Upgrade, there’s a block off Morph Ball tunnel behind the altar. On the ceiling is a hole with a psychic switch you can activate with the Control Beam to open the tunnel. Inside the tunnel, you’ll find a Shot Expansion.

Floating Path Shrine
On the upper platforms, there are two stands that contain motes you can launch into the walls. These will push out platforms you can use to get to the door across the room. Power the door with a spare mote and claim your Ice Shot upgrade.

Shot Expansion
If you go into the lower level of the puzzle room, there’s a mote socket behind a pillar. When powered, it’ll reveal a Shot Expansion.

Super Ice Shot
Fully charge the Ice Shot to consume 10 Shot Ammo and you’ll unleash even more icy projectiles that bounce and ricochet off terrain.

Falling Labyrinth Shrine
Easily the most tricky of the shrines, you’ll need the Psychic Spider Ball to proceed. Before you attempt this puzzle, there’s a Shot Expansion you should get.
Shot Expansion
Jump down to the lower level of the Falling Labyrinth room. On the sides of the central structure is a small opening you can Morph Ball through. Inside this chamber, you’ll get a Shot Expansion

Activate the Psychic Spider Ball Tracks
Activate the Spinner in the Falling Labyrinth Room. Pull the mote and launch it into the grate on the ceiling. This will activate a maze of psychic tracks that you’ll need to get up.

Jump to the lower level and face the path that leads back upstairs. Use the second track to the right (south southeast on the compass). Bomb any crawlers in your way and the path will take you up top.

Super Thunder Shot
Easily the best of the elemental shot upgrades, the Super Thunder Shot will consume 20 shot ammo when fully charged. This will launch a series of sustained lightning attacks that arc to targets near the reticle.
