All 3 locations with Boost upgrades for Samus’ motorcycle, Vi-O-La, spread across Sol Desert in Metroid Prime 4: Beyond.

There are 3 upgrades for the Vi-O-La that increase the number of Boost charges that Samus’ motorcycle can hold, allowing you to chain together up to 4 speed boosts in a row.
They’re certainly not essential, but having extra speed boosts is nice for explorating Sol Desert and comes in handy against Varmis to get back the Mech Power Cell.
All 3 of the Boost upgrades are located south of Chrono Tower, the big spire in the middle of Sol Desert. Each one has an Elemental Lock that requires a different Shot Type to unlock.
Western Boost Upgrade
There is a Vi-O-La Boost Upgrade on a plateau overlooking the western edge of Sol Desert, about halfway in between the entrances to Volt Forge and Fury Green. You’ll need the Fire Shot to unlock it.
Chrono Tower Boost Upgrade
There is a Vi-O-La Boost Upgrade on a plateau just south of the Chrono Tower and the nearby Save Station. You’ll need the Thunder Shot to unlock it.
Eastern Boost Upgrade
There is a Vi-O-La Boost Upgrade along the eastern edge of Sol Valley almost parallel with Chrono Tower and Fury Green but slightly south of some G.F. Debris. You’ll need the Ice Shot to unlock it.
