Projects in Assassin’s Creed Shadows are a reward-tracking system that you can use to level up and obtain very rare resources and exclusive items. It’s similar to Battle Pass in live service games.
The way you progress through the track by collecting Data Fragments. You can only have one Project active at a time. It’s possible to switch between them. Progression on the other project is not lost when you switch.
Anomalies are weekly missions that reset every 3.5 days. Open the Animus Board or the Objective Board to see them. Each Anomaly grants XP and Data Fragments.
Defiance Project
The Defiance Project offers 21 standard slots you can progress through to earn a complete set for Naoe, Keys, Gold, Encrypted Data Files and Mastery Points.
