CD Projekt RED did yet another batch of fixes and QoL changes to the Witcher 3
From their post on thewitcher.com:
“Patch 1.12 is now available on all platforms! With this update we’ve introduced over 70 changes to gameplay, quests, DLC’s and Hearts of Stone. Main adjustments include a fix to the Wild Rose Dethorned achievement, fixes to the Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear quest and more!”

There was an interesting moment that fired up the Witcher SubReddit. A new location with a flag was spotted. Later it was made clear by the developer team that this is just a placeholder and it only appears to players using mods for the game. It is not meant to be there, means nothing and is not a note for anything appearing in the future.
In the same thread, Marcin360, the nickname used by Marcin Iwiński, founder of the company, explained that he keeps the Witcher SubReddit open while he’s at work all day long and reads everything.
