How to get the Outriders Hell's Rangers pack
To get the Hell's Rangers content pack in Outriders first you need to have either pre-ordered the game, or purchased the pack separately after the game launched officially on April 1st, 2021. The items are available in your Stash, in the Inbox tab.
Instructions
- If you have pre-ordered the game, simply log in and get to step 3.
- If you have not pre-ordered the game, you will have to purchase this separately from the game. The Hell's Rangers content pack costs $6.99. It should be available for all platforms. Here is the Steam link as an example of what you are looking for: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1228540/OUTRIDERS_Hells_Rangers_Content_Pack/
- Finish the Prologue of the game. Until then you cannot use pretty much anything as these are the first steps you make on Enoch and the game takes its time to introduce you to some of the basic mechanics and the main story.
- If you have progressed further in the story (First City, for example), you can travel back to Rift Town by talking to Jakub - he is your driver, after all!
- Once you are in Rift Town (or any other town or camp), open your Stash.
- Navigate to the Inbox Tab from the top menu. Click on each item to pick it up and automatically place it in your Backpack.
- Open your Backpack to confirm all items are in. The Backpack is split into categories, so you will not see all items at the same time. Browse through the categories.
- To get the decals for the Truck, talk to your old friend and truck driver Jakub. This feature becomes available after you leave Rift Town and head for First City camp.
Notes
You can use the Hell's Rangers items if your character is level 10. Alternatively you can use them at an earlier level if you ramp up the World Tier. In WT4 you can wear them at level 9, at WT5 you can wear them at level 8, at WT6 you can wear them at level 7.
For all those, who played the demo first, you probably ended up at WT4 or WT5, which means that you can get and use the items from this pack before you get to level 10, unless you deliberately stuck it at WT1.
The items appear identical on any class and character. They are available for both male and female Outriders bodies. The stats and perks are always the same, but you can level up and upgrade them through the Crafting system.
Overview of all Hell’s Rangers content pack items
In the images below you will see a visual preview and stats bonuses and perks of every item included in the Hell’s Ranger content pack in Outriders.
Based on my tests, all of the items have identical stats, no matter the class and level you get them at. You can, of course, upgrade and level up these items through the Crafting system in Outriders.
Earthborn Renegade’s SMG
This SMG has a short range, high RPM and medium sized clip. It does feature a Slow effect thanks to the Vortex Chamber mod.
Earthborn Renegade’s Assault Rifle
The Assault Rifle is suitable for mid-range classes like the Pyromancer. This weapon has a Bleed effect on killing shots thanks to the Bone Shrapnel mod.
Earthborn Renegade’s LMG
The Light Machine Gun has a 50m range and a large clip size of 100. Its shots inflict Ash onto enemies, which is a typical effect for one of the Skill Trees of the Pyromancer class.
Earthborn Renegade’s BAR (Bolt Action Rifle)
The Bold Action Rifler has a long range and shoots single bullet with high damage impact on the target. It has, typically for this type of a weapon, a small clip size and a rather slower reload time. Its Brain-Eater mod makes your critical hits spend no ammo.
Earthborn Renegade’s Marksman Rifle
The Marksman Rifle from the Hells Rangers pack features the Improved Toxic Bullets, which is a trade of the Technomancer class typically. It ha high range, slower reload time and small clip size. It also has a high crit multiplier bonus.
Earthborn Renegade’s PAS (Pump Action Shotgun)
The Pump Action Shotgun from the pack boasts impressive high damage per bullet, it’s got the typical for these weapons small clip size and slower reload time. The gun comes with the Improved Vulnerability Bullets mod.
Earthborn Renegade’s Double Gun
The Hell’s Rangers Double Gun has a medium range, high RPM and quite a slow reload time. It features the Storm Whip mod, which brings down lightning upon your enemies.
Earthborn Renegade’s Auto Shotgun
With a very short range of just 10m the Auto Shotgun is a weapon for the melee-friendly classes. This gun has the Claymore mod, which damages your targets with an Anomaly Blade.
Earthborn Renegade’s ASR (Automatic Sniper Rifle)
The Automatic Sniper Rifle from this pack comes equipped with Improved Burning Bullets, inflicting the Burn effect onto your targets. The gun has 100m range and high crit multiplier of 300%.
Earthborn Renegade’s Pistols
The Pistols duo not only make you look cool while using them. These have short-medium range of 30m and entangle your enemies with chains, dealing damage over time thanks to the Death Chains mod.
Earthborn Renegade’s Revolver
The Hells’ Rangers Revolver has a small clip size, medium damage per bullet and 300% crit multiplier. It comes with the Minefield mod, which spawns explosives upon a killing shot.
Earthborn Renegade’s Mask
The mask (which by the way can be hidden from the game’s menu if you don’t like its appearance) has the King Slayer mod, thanks to which critical hits on an Elite increase your Firepower for a limited time.
Earthborn Renegade’s Jacket
The jacked is one of the coolest-looking gear pieces you will find in the early-game, in my opinion. It has the Ready for Anything mod attached. This mod heals you for each crit hit you land on an Elite opponent.
Earthborn Renegade’s Trousers
The trousers come with what might just be the coolest mod name ever – Dum-Dum Bullets (a Cyberpunk 2077 reference?). It increases your Assault Weapon Damage passively while wearing the item.
Earthborn Renegade’s Gloves
The Earthborn Renegade’s gloves have the Anomaly Echo mod attached, which grants you extra Firepower and Anomaly Power on skill activation.
Earthborn Renegade’s Boots
The boots allow you to Phantom Dash, which is essentially a short-range teleport with a cool lightning effect around your body. This replaces dodge and is an effect of the Phantom Dash mod, placed in the boots.

Is the Outriders Hell’s Rangers content pack worth purchasing
If you have pre-ordered the game, this pack will be a gift to you and anything that is free and useful, is always great to have. If you have to purchase it separately, now, this is a different story.
I would not recommend you purchase the Hell’s Rangers content pack for your Outrider, unless you really like the truck decals or the gear set’s appearance.
The items all contain general and non-class specific mods and perks, plus they are only Rare quality (Blue). It will take some time and resources to level them up and to upgrade their rarity.
$7 (or €7) is not much, but considering the fact that you will be chasing class-specific legendary items in the EndGame, it may not be a wise idea to spend your money to get an early-game gear set.
With that said, the Hell’s Rangers gear set does offer some nice weapons and armor pieces with interesting mods that will surely make your first steps on Enoch a bit easier and smoother. The gear set is accessible and available to all of your characters and is quite versatile.
You don’t have to pay for gear to make your journey easier. Just read our guide on How Gear and Mods work in Outriders and check out the Outriders Class Guides to get yourself familiar with what your favorite class can do and how to play it to its highest potential. If you are not certain which class to play first, consult with our Outriders Classes and Roles Guide.
