Lego Star Wars AT-AT UCS was confirmed! The biggest and most detailed ever Walker will become part of the fans’ collections on November 26.
LEGO have finally confirmed the rumor that has been roaming around and has been keeping every LEGO Star Wars fan on the edge. The LEGO Star Wars AT-AT Ultimate Collector’s Series set will go on sale this Black Friday – November 26 2021. The set is officially labeled as number #75313.
The giant set is built out of 6 785 pieces. The Walker is 62cm tall (25 inch), 24cm wide (10 inch) and 69cm long (28 inch).
Compared to all previously released AT-AT models, this one dwarfs them all not only by number of parts, but also by pure size and number of action figures. And by price, of course! The LEGO Star Wars AT-AT UCS model will cost you $799.99.
If we compare it to the Millennium Falcon UCS, both have the same price, but the Falcon has a lot more parts – 7 541 pieces. There’s also another noticeable difference – the age restriction for the Falcon is 16+ and for the AT-AT UCS it’s 18+.
The AT-AT UCS model is not a build designed for kids. It is not a toy. None of the UCS sets are, actually. Thanks to its small width, though, it will fit much easier on a variety of shelves, as opposed to some of the previously released Star Wars UCS sets.
If you are looking for maximum authenticity and attention to detail in a LEGO model, and if your pockets are deeper than a sarlacc’s throat, and if you are a huge LEGO fan, this is arguably the best news you have heard in a long long time!
The AT-AT UCS will feature posable legs, movable head and an insanely big interior space, designed as close to the original as possible, with rigidity and conformity in mind, of curse.
One slight issue is the fact that the legs will be kind of tough to move. You’ll need a special tool for that. The weight of the Walker is significant and the whole construction is not stable enough to allow for fully flexible joints and more freedom.
There are nine mini figures coming with this set:
- Two pilots
- Five Snow troopers, one of them bearing insignia of a commander
- General Veers
- Luke Skywalker
From what I have seen so far in all previews, it looks like there will be a very minimal amount of inappropriate colors visible on the model. A tiny bit of red on the back side of the legs, where the joints are, some blue on the front cannons and not much else. The red window has a bit larger gap in the upper segment than it should. But these are just small things that I barely notice myself.
This UCS set is not recommended for LEGO fans under the age of 18. It is reserved for a pure adult fun times. And I mean that in the nicest possible way. Because I will be stalking and poking the local LEGO importer until the moment they decide to bring it in.
How about you?
