How to tell which game edition you have
To find out what edition you have, you can check that on the platform you have the game installed. It is different for Playstation, Xbox and PC, but the idea is the same.
Steam, for example, gives you this glaring notification when you open the game’s page:
How to claim your in-game items
As soon as you start Star Wars Jedi Survivor, you will watch a lengthy cinematic intro ending with a short tutorial that teaches you how to do the most basic actions in the game such as attack, parry, Force Pull and Push.
This is the first real moment where you can actually control your character Cal Kestis freely. If you pause the game and open the Pause Menu, at the very top, second from the left, you will see a button “Customization”.
Click to open it. Then press the shortcut button you see at the bottom of your screen one more time to actually get into the Customization menu. Here you can only chance Cal’s appearance. To change the appearance of your weapons and try new BD-1 skins, you will need a workbench.
To change the appearance of BD-1, your Lightsabers and Gun, you need to access a Workbench. The first available one is at the end of the Intro Mission on Coruscant.
To learn more about how customizations work and how to change Cal’s appearance in Jedi Survivor, read our dedicated guide. Below I have a visual overview of all items that come with the Pre-Order and Deluxe editions of Star Wars Jedi Survivor.
Deluxe Edition Items Overview
The Deluxe Edition comes with 2 outfits for Cal, 2 BD-1 parts sets, a set of lightsaber parts, and a set of blaster parts. In the image below I am showing a few alternatively colored versions of the same sets. The color options depend on what you have unlocked and looted in the game.
Rebel Hero Outfit
This outfit is inspired by Luke Skywalker’s formal attire from the award ceremony on Yavin IV, complete with the yellow jacket.
Scoundrel Outfit
The Scoundrel Outfit is inspired by Han Solo as he appeared in the original trilogy, featuring a dark vest and pants with a white shirt.
The Rebel Hero and Scoundrel Outfits are direct references and easy ones to spot. We have a ton more secrets, easter eggs, and little-known Jedi Survivor facts that will likely surprise you. The game is full of them!
