In Star Wars Jedi Survivor there is no gear that you wear for stats and performance. Any item you pick up or buy has a cosmetic-only purpose. You can have Cal and BD-1 dressed in whatever you like and customize it further with additional color options.

Jedi Robes Outfit Overview
The Jedi Outfit is very similar to the clothes worn by the Jedi during the prequel era albeit aged and slightly tattered. If you want a classic Jedi look then go no further than this outfit!

To find the Jedi Outfit, you’ll need to have had visited Jedha for a second time and gain access to the Crypt of Urhma Meditation Point.
When you get out of the Meditation Point, go to the right into the room with two Stormtroopers. Defeat them and go up the stairs.
The stairs lead to a wall running segment that will lead you directly to the chest containing the Jedi Outfit. This will grant access to the Jedi Jacket and Jedi Pants options.
