This guide will help you find all the Health Essence locations in Jedi Survivor. Health Essence is vital to keeping you going especially in higher difficulties, so be sure to collect every upgrade you can!

What are Health Essences in Jedi Survivor
Health Essences are collectible items in Star Wars Jedi Survivor. When you find them and interact with them, they increase your maximum Health permanently.
Health Essences can be found usually at the end of a challenge or in the middle of a long and complex puzzle. They are not too many but are available on several planets and each one increases your maximum Health meter a little bit, allowing you to take on more enemies before you have to consume a Stim or stop by a Meditation Point.
Koboh Health Essence Locations
The following Health Essence locations are found on the planet Koboh.
Derelict Dam Essence Location
Behind the Derelict Dam Meditation Point is a bridge. Cross it to find a platform with a Gorocco. Defeat the Gorocco and Force Pull the red metal door open. Go inside and you’ll find a Health Essence.
Swindler’s Wash
At the end of Swindler’s Wash is a Bilemaw. Behind that Bilemaw are some walls you can run and jump across. Run across the walls to eventually reach a stone spire that will allow you to jump to a Health Essence.
Flooded Bunker
On the path between Dredger’s Gorge and Rambler’s Reach Outpost is a small gray building with a person next to a nekko standing outside of it.
Inside the building is a shielded turret and a manhole cover. Force Lift the manhole to access the Flooded Bunker. Dive underwater and take the tunnel on the right side of the pool to reach the Health Essence.

Riverbed Watch Essence Location
Starting from the Riverbed Watch Meditation Point, go inside the watchtower and climb up via wall jumping then climbing the net to the roof.
Defeat the battle droids and climb even higher. At the top near a B2 Super Battle Droid will be the Health Essence.
There is a rumor you could pick up from Rambler’s Reach Outpost to Investigate the Raider Watchtower.
Rehabilitation Wing Essence Location
After beating Dagan Gera in the Forest Array tower, you’ll find a Health Essence. For more information on beating Dagan Gera, check out Jedi Survivor Dagan Gera Boss Guide (Forest Array Encounter).
Devastated Settlement Essence Location
This stim is found very close to where you fought your first Bounty Hunter and met Caij through her cinematic. You will need the Koboh Grinder upgrade to access it.
There’s a room with an empty orb coupler that you’ll need to find an orb for. Go up the wall where you’ll find several Spikers and a Gorocco. A path to the right of them leads to a room with an active orb amplifier blocked by a Koboh Barrier.
Use the Koboh Grinder to destroy the barrier and bring the orb with you back to the room with the empty coupler.
Place the orb into the coupler to unlock the gate, revealing the Health Essence.
You may remember being here for the main objective to research Tanalorr on Koboh via the Stone Spires. If not, then you can use our guide for this puzzle when you get to it.
Yurt Barracks Essence Location
If you have the shortcut available, get to the Yurt Barracks by going left of the Lucrehulk Core Meditation Point.
Look for the shortcut that connects the upper and lower levels. Jump dash across the gap to reach the ledge, walk on the metal beam, and jump dash to the Health Essence.
Forward Control Tower Essence Location
After you defeat Dagan Gera for the second time aboard the Lucrehulk, the platform you fought him on will have a health essence as a reward.
Marl Cavern Essence Location
To access this Health Essence, you’ll need the Electro-Dart upgrade for BD-1. Go left of the Fogged Expanse Meditation Chamber and climb the ledge. Shoot the electronic device to the left to bring the panel to you. Wall run across this panel to reach the other side.
Follow the left path and use the ascension cable to ascend to the hook up the ledge. Take another left to hook onto another ledge then follow the path to Marl Cavern. Wall run across to the other side until you reach the platform you hook onto.
Turn around and wall run to the platform with the orange light. Wall run to the Health Essence up ahead and pick it up.
Shattered Moon Health Essence Location
You can get this Health Essence very early on when you first arrive on the shattered moon. Go into the hall where the Bedlam Raiders are hiding around corners and stick to the small passage on the left side of the hall. You’ll find an old grate you can Force Pull off to go outside onto some pipes.
Behind you to the left will be a wall running segment that will lead you to the Health Essence.
Jedha Health Essence Location
Use a Spamel to get to the smaller plateaus near the structure and wall jump your way up to the top. Once you get to the bridge, turn right to see a porous wall. Jump dash to it and work your way up to find an Anchorite
Coruscant Health Essence Location
In the Undercity Meats area, near the Undercity Meats Meditation Point is a spot where a Purge Trooper typically resides. If you have the Electro-Dart upgrade for BD-1, you can open the door there to fight the Frenzied Jotaz, one of the legendary adversaries. Defeat it and get the Health Essence.
