This is one of three required puzzles you have to solve to unlock and access the Wayfinder’s Tomb on Jedha and get Eno Cordova’s Lightsaber in Star Wars Jedi Survivor.

How to pick up the rumor (Optional)
- Complete the first objective on Jedha to find Cere with Merrin.
- Talk to Master Cordova at The Archive inside the hidden base on Jedha.
How to get to the Puzzle area
- Exit the Anchorite Base through the door with the two rolling balls that unlock it.
- From the Anchorite Base Metidation Point, take a Spamel and go to the edge of the map to your right.
- Double-jump from the Spamel onto the flat ledge and take the zip line to the Path of Persistence area.
Path of Persistence Steps to 100% Completion
- Get to the platform on the left using the zip line and the Grapple Hook. Take care of the Stormtroopers and the Viper Probe Droid.
- Inspect the metal construct at the entrance to get a Databank entry Collectible.
- Unlock the Shortcut zip line to your right.
- Grapple onto the hook on the upper right and take care of the lonely stormtrooper who is admiring the view.
- Collect the Jedha Scroll.
- Force Push the ball above on the left side to move the large stone to the edge.
- Go out and jump to the small ledge where the shute starts. Push the ball, It will climb all the way to the top.
- Use the floating structure to get to the Legendary chest containing BD-1's Industrial customization.
- Climb all the way to the top using the Hook. Defeat the Stormtroopers and the two droids.
- Pick up the second Databank from the top of the stairs.
- Push the ball to the other end to reveal the Perk Slot echo and get it to complete the Path of Persistence puzzle.
How to Discover the Rumor
To be able to discover and pick up this rumor, you have to complete your first traversal journey with Merrin and find Cere on Jedha. This is part of your main objective story progression and you cannot miss it.
Once you arrive at The Archive, complete all the dialogues and cutscenes with the characters around, you can explore the area to discover any additional collectibles and secrets.
Talk to Master Eno Cordova, who is near the group of the support cast characters in the middle of the large room in The Archive, where the Meditation Point is.
He will explain about an ancient site in the Northern Desert of Jedha. He will ask you to go there and explore it. This will start the rumor “Explore the Ruins in the Northern Desert”.
As usual, you do not need to pick up this rumor. You can freely go and explore whenever you please, after you have completed the objective to find Cere on Jedha.

How to get to the Northern Desert
The Northern Desert is a vast region of Jedha you can explore. The rumor Cordova gave you takes place in the corner, in an area called Path of Persistence.
Exit The Archive through the small door on the side after going up the ramp near the Meditation Point and into the room with the Rolling Balls that open a door to the outside. Use Force Push to open that door.
Up ahead is the Anchorite Base Meditation Point in Arid Flats.
From there, keep the rocky ridges to your right until you reach the end. Hop on top of the ridge. You can use a spamel to jump up.
Take that zip line to the small flat platform ahead, I suppose we could call it a butte. From there, jump up and Grapple to the area where the Stormtroopers are.
How to Solve the Puzzle at the Path of Persistence
This area features a simple puzzle involving a rolling ball that you have to find a way to push all the way to the top to unlock the Perk Slot Essence.
After you take care of the Stormtroopers, head inside. There will be a trooper waiting in an ambush on the right side, right by the extension cable that is your shortcut.
There is a blocked opening up high in front of you. To the right of it, you will see a Grapple hook. Use it to get to that ledge.
Up there, take care of the lonely Stormtrooper admiring the view from the edge and Force Push/Pull the ball to the other side of the chute.
This will trigger a movement process and the large stone block that was blocking the path will move to the left. This will open up a hole for you to jump through, but more importantly, it will connect another two chutes on the outer side of the ruins.
Get back out and take the rope down. Grapple onto the small ledge and Force Push the ball through the chute. With the missing part now in place, the ball will go all the way up to the top of the ruins.
To back to the area where the other chute was. Push the ball to the other side to bring back the large stone block to its original position.
Go left and from the ledge, jump to the wall run segment. From there, grapple onto the hook on the other wall and jump up onto the top of the ruins.
At the top, you have two Security Droid Enforcers to take care of. Finally, Force Push the ball to the end of the chute to unlock the treasure you came here for – the New Perk Slot.
All Collectibles Locations
There are four additional Collectibles (the fifth one is the Perk Slot echo) in the area where you solve the Path of Persistence Puzzle on Jedha. You can pick them up whenever you want, regardless if you have solved the puzzle or not.
Scan the metal construct to the left of the entrance to discover the Databank entry for Cordova’s Travels on Jedha I.
Collect a Jedha Scroll on the edge to the right of the Stormtrooper who is admiring the view on the platform where the movable stone is.
From the small ledge where you go to Push the ball up for the Puzzle, use your Extension Cable to Grapple to the flying thing and from there Hook onto the small ledge leading up to the chest. At the top, you will collect Cordova’s Wonder Databank entry from the echo.

- Interact with the Essence at the Nekko barn, Harvest Ridge on Koboh
- Purchase a Perk Slot from Zee at the Pyloon’s Saloon
- Complete the Path of Restoration Puzzle on Jedha
- Complete the Path of Conviction Puzzle on Jedha
