How to open the Metal Door in Untamed Downs Cave in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor

This guide will show you where to find a Roller Mine droid and use it to blow up the blocked cave where Santari Khri’s Lightsaber is located in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. An artifact of the High Republic, this elegant lightsaber is from a more civilized age.

To find Santari Khri’s lightsaber, you must find a cave in the Untamed Downs. It’s not too far off from the Rambler’s Reach Outpost. If you go up the ramp near the stables and stick to the left wall, you’ll run into this cave.

Note: The earlier in the game you do this, the easier it will be for you. As you progress through the game’s story, more and more dangerous and tough opponents will start spawning in the open-world parts of Koboh.

Go inside and clear out the enemies within. At the very end, you’ll find a metal door that appears damaged. You’re going to need a Roller Miner to open this door. Fortunately for you, there happens to be some nearby.

Not far from the entrance of the cave, you can find a mine entrance filled with hidden Roller Mine droids in the ground. If you face the entrance of the cave, turn to your right and follow the path until you find a giant metal arch and a green barrier blocking the entrance to the old mine.

You can either destroy the ones outside that were hidden and go inside the mine entrance or lure them back to the cave with the metal door.

Alternatively, you’ll find a terminal you can slice on the left side of the mine entrance. Having BD-1 slice it, will spawn a single Roller Mine.

Have it chase you to the cave where the door is, just be mindful of any patrolling enemies in the area. Take them out quickly or avoid them.

When you get to the cave, grab the Roller Mine with Force Pull and throw it at the door to find a chest and a Force Echo. Inside the chest, you’ll find Santari Khri’s lightsaber!

Santari Khri’s Lightsaber features High Republic motifs and looks particularly well with white paint and bronzium. What materials do you plan to use with this lightsaber? Tell us in the comments below!
