This guide will show you what BD-1’s Swooper appearance looks like and where to find each part in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor!

Swooper BD-1 Appearance Overview

The Swooper appearance for BD-1 distinguishes itself by featuring fins and hard edges almost everywhere. Presumably, these fins enable BD-1 to move faster, but there’s no way for us to comprehend BD’s new speed, let alone measure it in-game.

The colors and lighting will differ slightly depending on location. This preview was taken at the workbench behind Sister Taske on Jedha and uses the following materials for each aspect:

AspectMaterial
PrimaryImperial Alloy
SecondaryImperial Chrome
AccentElectrum-plated
ConditionPristine
Polish100

Swooper BD-1 Customization Part Locations

There are 5 parts in each BD-1 appearance including photoreceptors, head, audio sensors, body, and legs.

Photoreceptors

You can loot BD’s Swooper photoreceptors from Zee at Pyloon’s Saloon at Rambler’s Reach on Koboh in exchange for 2 Datadiscs.

Head

You can loot BD’s Swooper head from a chest at the Forest Array in the Basalt Forest on Koboh. In order to reach the chest, you’ll actually need to go slightly outside of what looks like the Forest Array area into the surrounding forest toward the mopey Stormtrooper that you can push off a cliff. There will be a little crevice in the wall you can go through that will lead to the chest.

Audio Sensors

You can loot BD’s Swooper audio receptors from Zee at Pyloon’s Saloon at Rambler’s Reach on Koboh in exchange for 2 Datadiscs.

Body

You can loot BD’s Swooper body from a chest at the Nekko Pools in the Basalt Forest on Koboh. You’ll need to use the Nekko you just learned to tame to super jump to reach the chest.

Legs

You can loot BD’s Swooper legs from a chest in the Untamed Downs of Rambler’s Reach on Koboh. The chest is in the locked cave that enemies complain can’t even open with thermite.

There’s a window to the cave that has an Electro Dart target for BD-1. Shooting that opens the door.

You can find everything you need for the game in our Master List of Jedi Survivor Guides.

Endonae is a passionate gamer who's particularly fond of challenging action RPGs and open world games with visceral combat. The closer it is to being a Soulslike, the better. Ranged casters, particularly of the energy or elemental variety, are his bread and butter. Lightsabers are pretty cool, too.
