This Guide will show you how to find every Force Echo related to Bode Akuna after completing the main story! These are unique bits of story that become available only after you have defeated the final boss!
Bode Akuna is one of the most interesting characters of Star Wars Jedi Survivor. He’s presented as a charismatic man that becomes a very valuable ally and friend to Cal Kestis. If you’re reading this, you already know about his infamous betrayal.
That moment shocked many of us and Bode’s motives are probably one of the most controversial things in the game (storywise). But how did this happen? Did he fake his friendship with Cal from the beginning? Were there any doubts in his mind? These and many other questions you may have are answered by listening to the Force Echoes.
You might agree or not with how Bode Akuna handled everything but this will help you understand more of his thought process and motivations.
The easiest and most coherent way to get them is by order of planet appearance, this will show you what happened through Bode’s mind in chronological order.
Here’s every Bode-related Force Echo you can find after completing the main story in Jedi Survivor. There are a total of 13 locations you have to visit.
Table of contents
Bode Akuna Coruscant Force Echo Location
There’s only one of these Force echoes on Coruscant and it’s behind the Mantis on Hangar 2046-C. You don’t even have to fight any enemies.
There are lots of crates in a corner behind the Mantis. As most of these Force echoes, you’ll see a blue glow. Interact with it to hear how Bode gets involved with Cal Kestis and the Mantis Crew.
Bode Akuna Koboh Force Echoes Locations
Up next is the main planet of the game. Koboh is an incredibly vast planet that can take dozens of hours to explore fully but today that’s not the case. Every Force Echo in Koboh is super easy to get.
Bode’s Ship Landing Pad
The first Echo is located very close to the mantis.
To be more specific, it’s where Bode used to land his ship. Just come close to this antenna and you’ll see it.
Under the Mantis
For the next one, you’ll have to walk just a few meters. Right under the Mantis, there’s a storage section with a few doors that can be opened with Force Lift.
The Force Echo is next to this ventilation duct.
Outside Doma’s Shop
This one is right outside Doma’s shop. The blue glow might make it a little harder to find in some locations but this one is fairly easy to spot.
It’s right on the left side of Doma’s shop entrance.
Bode’s Booth at Pyloon’s Saloon
The last Force Echo in this area is right across the street (literally). Enter Pyloon’s Saloon and look for the empty booth behind our good friend Turgle.
Loading Gantry on the Lucrehulk
We’re now heading to the Lucrehulk. Fast travel to de Hangar Rafters meditation point.
Walk down the ramp, you’ll see a few containers. The Force Echo is next to them.
Forward Control Tower on the Lucrehulk
There’s another Force Echo in the Lucrehulk. Fast travel to the Forward Control Tower meditation point.
This one is very straightforward. Cross the hallway until you reach the escape pods.
Walk to the second escape pod (from left to right) and you’ll see the Force Echo.
Grand Oculus in the Observatory
This is the last Force Echo (of this quest) located on Koboh. Go to the Observation Deck meditation point at the Observatory.
This is where you fought Dagan Gera for the third time, so it’s more than appropriate that the last Force Echo on Koboh is located here.
There’s only one way in and out so there’s impossible to get lost. As soon as you walk through the door, turn left and you’ll see the distinctive blue glow next to the console.
Bode Akuna Jedha Force Echoes Locations
There are two Force Echoes on Jedha, both of them are inside the Anchorite Base so don’t worry. For one, you won’t have to venture inside the big desert.
Beside the Mantis in Anchorite Base
The first one is located right beside the Mantis, right where the Stormtrooper armor is.
The Archive in Anchorite Base
The second one is a few meters ahead. Go to the Jedi Archive, where Cere fought the one and only Darth Vader.
This image doesn’t show it because I collected it prior to this guide (oops) but the Force Echo is right at the marked location, next to one of the burnt bookshelves.
Bode Akuna Nova Garon Force Echoes Locations
After the chaos that happened on Jedha, Cal tracked Bode to the Nova Garon system so that’s where we’re going next.
Officer’s Quarters
If you don’t want to go through every remaining Imperial Trooper on the base fast travel to the Officer’s Quarters meditation point.
The Force Echo is next to a small table near the only entrance of Bode’s room.
Central Command
For the second one, you’ll need to walk for a few minutes. Head to Lank Denvik’s office, he’s the man that “recruited” Bode to the ISB and who Cal almost kills.
The blue glow is near one of the windows. There are no enemies inside, you can lower your guard for a few minutes.
Fun fact, there’s another Force Echo inside this office, at Denvik’s desk to be specific. Interacting with it will show you the fate of Denvik after Cal escaped this installation.
Bode Akuna Tanalorr Force Echoes Locations
You’re almost done. The final two Echoes are on Tanalorr.
Verdant Gardens
The first one is in the Verdant Gardens, mid-way to the Atrium Temple.
There are some plants on the stream next to Bode’s ship, the Force Echo is here. It can be a little hard to spot depending on your lighting settings. Even when lowering the exposure on Photo Mode it’s not super clear. If you can’t spot it just walk over the plants until the “Interact” option appears.
Temple Atrium
Head to the Temple Atrium entrance and look for the spot where you encounter Kata after arriving at Tanalorr.
Getting this Force Echo concludes this quest. You won’t get a fancy achievement or cosmetic reward but it helps connect the dots and learn how everything unfolds from Bode’s perspective.
