The release times for global launch are exactly the same, just three days later. If you are in Paris and play on PC you will have to wait until August 30, same hour. This is just for players who purchased the Standard Edition.

Ways to prepare for Star Wars Outlaws
If you haven’t made up your mind about which Star Wars Outlaws Edition to get you’re still in time for the pre-order bonus. All editions are different not only in price but in the benefits they offer.
Excluding the cosmetic items, the biggest difference between editions is the inclusion of the Season Pass, which includes two upcoming story pack DLCs and an exclusive quest called Jabba’s Gambit.
If you are the kind of person who likes to prepare for a new game as much as possible make sure to read about the official PC Requirements. Star Wars Outlaws is going to be fairly demanding so it’s best to learn beforehand how your PC is expected to perform and do any adjustments if necessary.
