What are Outfits in Star Wars Outlaws
Star Wars Outlaws’s Loadouts tab has three slots for clothing gear pieces. All pieces of clothing modify your appearance and are part of a full set. Over half of them have a Set Bonus, which gives you an additional effect for wearing all 3 pieces of the same set.
Each piece of clothing falls into one of three quality tiers that determines how much of an impact it will have in combat.

Each quality tier is strictly better than the one above it. The Superior version only recolors the outfit and reuses the buff effect on the Standard version. Outfit pieces within a given tier are balanced to provide roughly equivalent buffs. Those that provide the same Set Bonus synergize strongly with each other and allow you to specialize your playstyle around a specific element of gameplay, like stealth or explosives.
You can find outfit gear pieces as loot from chests, purchase them from vendors, receive them as mission rewards, or for fully maxing out your reputation with a Syndicate. All of the sets you obtain as individual pieces from chests and vendors come in 2 variants with different buffs and colors but contribute to the same Set Bonus, if applicable.
You can replace the visual appearance of any outfit item with another one. This feature is commonly known as transmog, though it’s only referred to as Appearance in Star Wars Outlaws. This game doesn’t allow you any specific modifications beyond the simple swap of one item’s appearance with another.
Toshara Ruffian Superior Set Visual Overview
The Toshara Ruffian Superior set can be obtained by all players in Star Wars Outlaws. It’s an outdoorsy look with colors evoking Toshara’s amberine landscape, black armored gauntlets and kneepads.
The Toshara Ruffian Set perfectly matches the Outlander Blaster Coating, Unity Paint Job, Nix’s Amberine Necklace, and Ruby Finishes.
Toshara Ruffian Stats, Set Bonus, and Close-ups
The Toshara Ruffian outfit increases the frequency at which you can throw grenades and improves your close quarters brawling capabilities. The Ruffian set allows you to generate Grenades when out of combat. Pieces from the Ryloth Ruffian set also contribute to the Ruffian set bonus.
The Toshara Ruffian set synergizes with Charms that interact with explosives, melee attacks, and movement.
Where to find Toshara Ruffian outfit
Each piece of the Toshara Ruffian set is located on a different planet. You’ll need to have good relations with the Hutts and the Ashiga Clan as well.
Toshara Ruffian Jacket Location
You can purchase the Toshara Ruffian Jacket for ~2100 Credits from the Hutt Cartel-affiliated Smuggler in their territory at Hunter’s Canopy on Akiva.
Toshara Ruffian Belt Location
You can obtain the Toshara Ruffian Belt from Sol D’lorak, the Ashiga Clan-affiliated Smuggler outside of the Domak Refectory on Kijimi. You’ll need to offer 15 Henku Wool, 10 Coarseweave, and 1500 Credits in exchange for the Toshara Ruffian Belt.
Toshara Ruffian Pants Location
You can loot the Toshara Ruffian Pants from a chest in a cave near the Pyke Poaching Station on Toshara. The cave entrance is sealed by stone that you’ll need to blast away using the Power Module.
