How to get the Akiva Thief Outfit in Star Wars Outlaws: Overview and Stats

Endonae by Endonae|

This guide will show you what the Akiva Thief outfit looks like, what stats it provides, and how to get it in Star Wars Outlaws!

What are Outfits in Star Wars Outlaws

Star Wars Outlaws’s Loadouts tab has three slots for clothing gear pieces. All pieces of clothing modify your appearance and are part of a full set. Over half of them have a Set Bonus, which gives you an additional effect for wearing all 3 pieces of the same set.

Each piece of clothing falls into one of three quality tiers that determines how much of an impact it will have in combat.

TierNumber of Buff EffectsSet Bonus?
Cosmetic0No
Standard1No
Superior2Yes

Each quality tier is strictly better than the one above it. The Superior version only recolors the outfit and reuses the buff effect on the Standard version. Outfit pieces within a given tier are balanced to provide roughly equivalent buffs. Those that provide the same Set Bonus synergize strongly with each other and allow you to specialize your playstyle around a specific element of gameplay, like stealth or explosives.

You can find outfit gear pieces as loot from chests, purchase them from vendors, receive them as mission rewards, or for fully maxing out your reputation with a Syndicate. All of the sets you obtain as individual pieces from chests and vendors come in 2 variants with different buffs and colors but contribute to the same Set Bonus, if applicable.

You can replace the visual appearance of any outfit item with another one. This feature is commonly known as transmog, though it’s only referred to as Appearance in Star Wars Outlaws. This game doesn’t allow you any specific modifications beyond the simple swap of one item’s appearance with another.

Akiva Thief Visual Overview

The Akiva Thief Superior set can be obtained by all players in Star Wars Outlaws. While you may think of the Joker at first glance, it’s far more blue than purple. Alongside indigo, the Akiva Thief outfit combines green, brown, and gray colors with skin-tight fabric. You’re meant to blend into the jungle of Akiva.

The Akiva Thief Set matches the Sentinel Blaster Coating, Kowak Ranger Paint Job, Nix’s Ahia-Ko Wreath, and Wildland Finish.

Akiva Thief Stats, Set Bonus, and Close-ups

The Akiva Thief set focuses entirely on improving your stealth capabilities, so you’ll be able to sneak around effortlessly and remain out of combat with cooldown reductions to your Stun Shot and Smoke Bomb. The Thief Set Bonus greatly reduces your detectability and pieces from the Moldour Thief Outfit also contribute to it.

The Akiva Thief set synergizes with Charms that interact with detectability, takedowns, and Nix.

Where to find Akiva Thief outfit

You can obtain the Akiva Thief outfit from Restricted Areas on Akiva and from a vendor on Tatooine.

Akiva Thief Vest Location

You can steal the Akiva Thief Vest from a chest locked behind a ray shield in the Restricted Area at the Pyke Crystal Mine on Akiva. You can deactivate the shield by either slicing into the nearby terminal or use the keycard you looted from one of the Pykes nearby.

In our Akiva Pyke Vault walkthrough we share a viable strategy for sneaking around the area if you have bad reputation with the syndicate and can’t freely walk around.

Akiva Thief Belt Location

You can steal the Akiva Thief Belt from a chest behind an energy shield in the Restricted Area at the Hutt Poaching Outpost on Akiva. You’ll need to shoot 2 conduits with your Ion Module to power the button by the door.

Akiva Thief Pants Location

You can purchase the Akiva Thief Pants for ~2160 Credits from Sato Bizaz, a Hutt Cartel-affiliated Tailor in Mos Eisley outside of the Ubrikkian Trade Tower on Tatooine. You’ll need at least Good reputation with the Hutts to buy it.
