What are the Syndicate Vaults
Each of the four Syndicates in Star Wars Outlaws have establishments on one or more planets. Inside those bases, you will find a restricted area with a vault containing a treasure chest with valuable loot.
The areas around the vaults are restricted regardless of what reputation you have built with the syndicate up to this point. If you have high reputation, you will be able to freely roam around the syndicate’s district.
How to reach the Pyke Syndicate’s Vault on Akiva
This walkthrough will assume you have a low reputation with the Pykes. If you have a good or higher reputation, you can walk freely in the district up to the restricted area. Skip further down the guide to read how to sneak into the vault.
The Pyke district area is guarded by two Pyke enforcers standing in front of the main gate North of the Market District on Myrra. They will not let you in if you have a low reputation. You will have to sneak silently through another entrance.
Just a few steps to the right you will find a vent. It will take you inside the Pyke territory.
Right after you come out, head to the right. There’s a Pyke vendor but you don’t have to worry about him, he will not attack or call any guards. After a couple steps jump down into the bushes.
Now you have to climb this fence and pass behind the guards. They won’t look around unless you make a noise or do anything to catch their attention. There’s also a third guard patrolling the entire area. Remember that you can’t use any type of violence inside this area so be very careful about alerting anyone.
There’s another vent in the corner behind some boxes. Rush to this spot. Even if a guard spots you from a distance you should be fine assuming you enter the vent immediately.
The vent leads to the vault. Well, the part that is not locked behind an energy barrier. Slice the computer to find out the location of all three keycards.
Where to find the Keycards
When you first reach a vault and interact with the terminal inside, you will get intel about three keycards that you have to obtain to unlock the locked-off section that contains the vault’s treasure. This segment shows you where to find the keycards for the Pyke Syndicate vault on Akiva:
Where to find Theumanti’s Keycard
The first one is located in the Pyke Crystal Mine, West of Myrra. I really suggest entering the area from the road highlighted in the following images. There are some guards in the outer perimeter but you can deal with them as you please. The stealth approach begins when you get close to the restricted area. Move towards the right side of the entrance where the guards are watching.
Use the climbing points to get to the top of the wall. Then jump to the other side, you’ll fall into bushes. Remember to stay crouched, it’s hard for the enemy to spot you but not impossible.
The next objective is the computer on the right side. This will disable the alarm and the camera. But first, you need to deal with one guard.
Whistle to lure the closest guard, make sure that he enters the bushes so the body isn’t visible when you take him down.
Grab the keycard he’s carrying. This is to access the area where the vault keycard is stored.
After slicing the computer walk in a straight line. Use objects to hide from the enemy. Wait for a Pyke to stand behind the door and eliminate him silently. From the spot where his body lies you’ll be able to spot a wall with more climbing points.
Put your blaster in stun mode, then crouch and climb to the top of the wall.
Drop on the next side of the wall, there’s a Pyke who will likely react but if you shoot him quickly nobody will notice what happened.
Crouch and rush into the bushes that are next to the main road. Wait for the patrol to go away before doing so.
Two guards will remain. Whistle to lure both of them into the bushes and eliminate one at a time. Make sure that both bodies fall deep inside the bushes to avoid raising suspicions.
I know it might be tempting to open the energy barrier but I strongly recommend that you wait for the patrol to come again. Better be safe than sorry.
Once they’re gone, proceed to open the energy barrier with the keycard you previously acquired.
Theumati’s Vault Keycard is inside this storage room. The big container has the Akiva Thief Vest inside it.
Where to find Elo’s Keycard
Elo’s Keycard is East of where you found Theumati’s card. Since this is also inside Pyke territory I recommend avoiding the main roads to prevent unwanted encounters with a patrol.
The map image below indicates where I suggest you enter the area. The goal is to reach the big building that appears on the upper right side.
After getting close to the building you will hear multiple gunshots. That’s because the Pykes are fighting a group of bandits. Thanks to this distraction you can sneak in, get the keycard, and get out without them ever noticing your presence.
You’ll see a climbable wall. Use it to get to the top.
Head to the right side of the building.
A few steps ahead you will see the area where the keycard is located. However, there is a camera watching it. Since we want to avoid detection you will have to do one extra step.
Meters ahead of your current position a Pyke sentinel is “fighting” the attackers. Use a melee takedown on him. There is a second Pyke on the balcony shooting the intruders but if done right he won’t notice what happened.
Send Nix to turn off the power. With this, the camera is now disabled.
Collect Elo’s Keycard and the Midnight Speeder Paint Job that’s inside the big container.
Where to find Neroli’s Keycard
This one is the easiest keycard to get. You only need to go to Salea’s Hand, far North of the Myrra Valley. There are no guards or stealth missions involved. Just walk in and grab the keycard. However, to access this area you must have unlocked the Hydrorepulsor ability from Temmin Wexley, The Scavenger.
Akiva Pyke Syndicate Vault Rewards
Return to the vault to collect the sweet loot. You’ll receive 5000 credits, upgrade materials, and the Imperial Finish for the Trailblazer.
