There are 25 Sabacc Shift Tokens that you can collect in Star Wars Outlaws. This catalog will show you where the tokens are found and explain what they do.
What are Shift Tokens and How to Use Them
Shift Tokens are tokens that are used to augment gameplay in Kessel Sabacc. Before starting a game of Sabacc, you can pick 3 Shift Tokens you own to use if and when you choose during the rounds.
If you have duplicates of a token, you can select that token multiple times to use in a single game of Kessel Sabacc. For example, if you collect all 3 Free Draw tokens, you can have 3 Free Draws in one game.
There are 16 different types with a few getting duplicates, creating a total of 25 Shift Tokens to find in Star Wars Outlaws.
These tokens can allow you to play defensively, offensively, or subvert the rules by mixing things up.
You’ll often find Shift Tokens inside treasure chests or as prizes at Syndicate Sabacc tables. You don’t need to be at the Good or Excellent reputation with syndicates to be at their tables.
If you can sneak past and knock out any nearby guards, you can play at syndicate tables with no issue even if you have Poor or lower reputation.

You can get a total of 3 duplicates of the Free Draw token. You earn one of them after playing your first game of Sabacc. Whether you’re out of chips or you just want to be frugal, the Free Draw token is never a bad choice.
Mirogana Pyke Syndicate Table
You can earn a Free Draw Shift Token at the Pyke Syndicate Table in Mirogana on Toshara.
Myrra Pyke Syndicate Table
To earn another Free Draw token, you’ll need to win a Sabacc game at the Pyke Syndicate Table in Myrra on Akiva.
Refund
Retrieve 2 chips.
You can get a total of 2 duplicates of the Refund Token. You earn one of them after playing your first game of Sabacc. If you want to lower the stakes for yourself, getting a refund from your pot is always a good choice.
Purchase from Toshara Smuggler
The Crimson Dawn Smuggler, Lalini Ledeno, sells the second Refund token in Mirogana. You’ll need to learn the password to unlock him as a vendor through the Rejected Intel quest. You’ll start this Intel after you first talk to Lalini Ledeno.
Extra Refund
Retrieve 3 chips.
The Extra Refund token is a great token to use if you’re being heavily audited or tariffed by your opponents.
Syndicate Vault on Tatooine

Embezzlement
Take 1 chip from each player’s pot to your pot.
If you’re confident you’ll win a round, using the Embezzlement will help you earn more chips for yourself. Whether you’re regaining lost chips or want more than the starting amount, the extra chips from Embezzlement will help you stay in the game longer.
Purchase from Tatooine Smuggler
The Tatooine smuggler, Clava Zeist, will sell the Embezzlement token at Jabba’s Palace. You’ll need the Excellent reputation standing with the Hutt Cartel to enter Jabba’s Palace.
Major Fraud
Set Imposter value to 6 until next reveal.
The Major Fraud token can be used to sabotage opponents with an Imposter Card. It can also be used to your advantage if the Sabacc ranks were inverted by the Cook the Books token.
Kijimi Crimson Dawn Syndicate Table
To get the Major Fraud token, you’ll need to win a Sabacc game at the Crimson Dawn Table in Kijimi City.
Cook the Books
Invert Sabacc ranks until next reveal.
Sometimes you’ll make a bad draw, it doesn’t mean it’s a bad opportunity. Using this token will make cards with larger numbers worth more. Do note that the shift token Prime Sabacc will override this one if used in the same round.
Myrra Pyke Syndicate Table
To earn the Cook the Books token, you’ll need to win a Sabacc game at the Pyke Syndicate Table in Myrra on Akiva.
Markdown
Set Sylop value to 0 until next reveal.
The Markdown token is useful when you know your opponent has a Sylop card. Setting the Sylop value to 0 means your opponent will have to pay the difference in tax at the card reveal if they use the Sylop card.
Mirogana Pyke Syndicate Table
You can earn the Markdown Shift Token at the Pyke Syndicate Table in Mirogana on Toshara.
Prime Sabacc
Roll 2 dice. Pick one value as the new best Sabacc.
If you don’t have the perfect hand, you can change your luck by changing the best Sabacc value. This token pairs well with the Magnetic Dice ability from the Hotfixer Expert.
Mos Eisley Hutt Cartel Table
You can earn the Prime Sabacc Shift token by winning a game of Sabacc at the Hutt Cartel Table in Mos Eisley.
General Tariff
Other players are taxed 1 chip.
You can get a total of 3 duplicates of the General Tariff token. You earn two of them after playing your first game of Sabacc.
Myrra Pyke Syndicate Table
To find the third General Tariff token, you’ll need to win a Sabacc game at the Pyke Syndicate Table in Myrra on Akiva.
Target Tariff
Choose a player. They are taxed 2 chips.
The Target Tariff token is great to use if you don’t like someone’s face, or to reduce their remaining moves left.

Mos Eisley Hutt Cartel Table
You can earn another Target Tariff token by winning a game of Sabacc at the Hutt Cartel Table in Mos Eisley.
General Audit
Other players in stand are taxed 2 chips.
The General Audit token punishes defensive players who are currently in stand. It’s also useful against players who were forced to stand through the Embargo token.
Kijimi Crimson Dawn Syndicate Table
To get the General Audit token, you’ll need to win a Sabacc game at the Crimson Dawn Table in Kijimi City.
Target Audit
Choose a player in stand. They are taxed 3 chips.
If you have a confident opponent such as a High Roller in stand, you can punish their arrogance with the Target Audit token.

Embargo
Next player must stand.
The Embargo token is an aggressive token that prevents the next player from drawing a card. They can still use any remaining shift tokens while affected by Embargo.

The Kijimi smuggler, Sol D’lorak, will sell the Embezzlement token at Kijimi City.
Mos Eisley Hutt Cartel Table
You can earn an Embargo token by winning a game of Sabacc at the Hutt Cartel Table in Mos Eisley.
Immunity
Prevent Shift Tokens effect against you until next reveal.
Immunity will prevent shift token effects from affecting you before the next reveal. This does not include tokens that change the rules of a round such as Cook the Books or Prime Sabacc.
Purchase from Akiva Smuggler
The Akiva smuggler, Karpan Miltik, will sell the Immunity token in Myrra’s Pyke District. You’ll need Good or better reputation with the Pyke Syndicate to purchase this token.
Kijimi Crimson Dawn Syndicate Table
To get another Immunity token, you’ll need to win a Sabacc game at the Crimson Dawn Table in Kijimi City.
Exhaustion
Choose a player. They must discard and draw a new hand.
If you suspect your opponent has good cards (or cheated using Nix), you can force their current cards out of their hand and have them draw new cards.

To get an Exhaustion token, you’ll need to win a Sabacc game at the Crimson Dawn Table in Kijimi City.
Syndicate Vault on Akiva

Direct Transaction
Choose a player. Trade hands with them.
If your opponent has a better hand than you, you’ll be able to take it for yourself with the Direct Transaction token. Cheat with Nix to make sure if a hand is worth trading for.
Kijimi Jet Kordo Vault
To get the Direct Transaction token, you’ll need to find Jet Kordo’s vault on Kijimi. It requires a bit of effort to unlock, but this is easily one of the best tokens you can use.
