How to complete the quest Double Down in the Star Wars Outlaws Wild Card DLC. With the coordinates to Okala V being stolen, Kay needs to track down the bandits that stole it before Thorden gets to them first.
How to get the Double Down Quest
Double Down will start after you complete The Game quest on the Morenia. You will no longer be able to return to the Anoat Sector or the Morenia.
You’ll land on Toshara where Kay will give Bosnok a call. He’ll tell Kay where she can find the Starfaller’s outposts, in exchange for a favor of course.
The location for the Starfaller Outpost is a bit north of Jaunta’s Hope. Don’t mistake the point with where you meat the Mechanic Expert, it’s on the lower ground level.
Investigate the Starfaller Outpost
Go to the outpost and take out the Starfaller bandits quietly or loudly, it’s your call. Look for a door to the south on a rock wall. Enter it and play the message inside.
After watching the message, Lando will have you head towards an Imperial listening post in the Grazing Fields. It’ll be southeast of your current position.
Take out the stormtroopers guarding the listening post then use the computer. Listen to the message to learn that Thorden will be attacking the Starfallers to get the map to Okala V.
Locating the Starfaller Hideout before the attack
As soon as you learned about Thorden’s plans, a 10 minute timer will start counting down. You’ll need to locate two Imperial camps and get the code keys there.
Start by travelling southwest to reach the southern camp. Directly south of you is a wind tunnel you can go through and on this side, you don’t have to use the Speed Boost ability you learn from Selo, The Mechanic Expert. It’ll take you right to the southern camp.
Defeat the Imperials in the area and go inside the tent. Slice into the computer terminal to find the first set of key codes. The time is still counting down while you slice. Having Advanced Slicing and the upgraded battery will help.
Mount your speeder and go through a wind tunnel to the west in the path below. From this end, you’ll need to use your speed boost to get through it and to the western camp.
Defeat the Imperials at the western camp and loot the Imperial Officer. They’ll drop the second key code as an item. This will allow ND-5 to tell you where the Imperials are attacking.
ND-5 will let you know that you need to reach the old shipwrecker workshop. Once you get within 100 meters of the target, the countdown will stop and you can meet up with Lando.
Retrieve the map to Okala V
If you’ve been to the shipjacker workshop previously, then this place will be a breeze for you. There’s no need to stealth outside, so feel free to start blasting your way through.
Once you’re inside, go to the yellow door to the north on the upper level. A cutscene will start and you’ll end up locked in this room.
To the left of the door is a power conduit, shoot it with your ion blaster to open the door. Fight your way out of the hideout and get outside.
Go south and reach the shuttle where Aksali is being kept prisoner. Defeat the stormtroopers and talk to Aksali. A cutscene will start and you’ll finish the quest, Double Down.
Thorden got away with the map to Okala V, but Kay won’t let him off easy. There’s one more quest to complete for the Wild Card story arc, All In.
