Ryan Gosling joins Star Wars?
According to The Hollywood Reporter, there is a current effort to make Ryan Gosling the starring actor in the upcoming Shawn Levy’s Star Wars movie. Details about the said movie are still non-existent.
If this entire thing ends up happening, it could be very interesting to see an actor of this caliber give life to a new character. I definitely picture him as a Jedi Master who is similar to Qui-Gon.
Other rumors mention that Levy’s movie could take place in the Old Republic era which would be fantastic, but since these are just rumors there is no point in getting excited until we hear something more official. Who knows, maybe we’ll hear more about this in Star Wars Celebration 2025.
From Vulkk:
For a while now I have been thinking of bringing back the weekly recap segment for all things Star Wars that I used to do years ago.
We don’t like rumors in general, but some are just too big to not talk about and here we can fit the biggest ones alongside all other news and events from the week.
We hope you enjoy the renewed weekly series. If you have suggestions how to make them better, please, tell us.
Star Wars Jedi Power Battles Returns
The video game Jedi Power Battles was first released in April of 2000. It was one of the first Star Wars games I ever played and spent countless hours trying to complete it.
Playing Episode I as Plo-Koon, Adi Gallia, or Mace Windu was something completely unique and new for me.
Navigating through different biomes and encountering all types of enemies with the soundtrack of The Phantom Menace was an incredible experience and twenty-five years later we are able to re-live it again as announced earlier this week. This version includes more characters, levels, training rooms, and cheats.
Star Wars Episode I: Jedi Power Battles remaster is brought to us by ASPYR. The game is available on Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam.
