How to get the set
Both pieces of the Noh Masterstroke set are available as loot from legendary treasure chests in Kii. They are both out in the open world and there is no combat involved around them.
Noh Masterstroke Mask Location
You can loot the Noh Masterstroke Mask from a legendary chest at the base of the Mount Koya Viewpoint, in Kinokawa Valley, in Kii.
Noh Masterstroke Costume Location
The Costume is available from a treasure chest high up in the wild rocky terrain in the northeastern parts of Sezar Oni Shores, in Kii.
The legendary treasure chest is in a small cave. You will have to do some climbing. Naoe is definitely better at this, so you should bring her for the treck.
The easiest way to get to the starting location would be to get to the top of the mountain, then head down. There is a waterfall and long stone steps leading to a broken wooden bridge.
Stand on the north side of the broken wooden bridge, right where the wooden remains are propped onto the stone wall. Jump up and grab the edge, then slide left and up. Pull up and then climb the scratched surface of the rocks to the ledge above.
Hop onto the log and from there, onto the edge of the rocks where the white scratch markings are. Climb up to the top ledge, then one more and you will reach the small cave where the legendary chest is hidden.
