The bounty states he was last seen in the cemetery in the western part of Jade Grove. This is a short trip north of the path that leads up to Hanbei’s house where you learned to use dual katanas.

Find Crow Genzo at the Cemetery

When you reach the Jade Grove, you’ll know you’re in the right spot when the are gets foggy and find blue flowers. The location you’re looking for will have a name, The Blue-Flowered Cemetery.

At the gate you’ll find a dead samurai, and you’ll find another impaled on two spears further ahead. Investigate the notes on the dead samurai.

A ronin will appear as he’s also here for the bounty. Defeat him and go up the stairs to find a shrine surrounded by blue flowers. Here you’ll find Crow Genzo, and this either ends with his death or yours.

Defeat Crow Genzo

Crow Genzo is a competent warrior that uses a katana and yari, but doesn’t have any unique combos or techniques. His primary gimmick is using metsubushi to reduce your vision.

Metsubushi are eggs filled with dust that are cracked and thrown towards your opponent to blind them. After using it, he’ll charge in for an attack.

Watch out for his disarming attack, use a focus attack to hit him before he disarms you. So long as you can parry properly, this fight isn’t that bad at all.

Defeat the Bounty Hunters

When Crow Genzo is dead, three bounty hunters will appear. This will be your chance to use the metsubushi for yourself.

This item is great for blinding multiple opponents in a cone, giving you some breathing room until they recuperate. This is also useful for interrupting combos of enemies.

When they’re blinded, pick a target and cut them down with ease. Repeat this process with the other two bounty hunters, and pray at the Altar of Reflection to upgrade a skill. Turn in your bounty to Kojiro for 750 mon.
