What are Yumi Kits

Yumi Kits are a type of weapon kit allow you to customize the appearance of your Yumi, the longbow you can buy from Ran the Bowyer at the start of the game. Weapon kits have no impact on your combat performance whatsoever.

Since the Yumi is an optional secondary weapon, there aren’t nearly as many Yumi Kits available compared to Sword Kits.

All Yumi Kits are sold by Ran the Bowyer, the gal who sells the Yumi itself. She has a stall in the main hub of most regions, but she’ll also visit you at camp sometimes.

Ashen Glow

Ashen Glow is black with yellow stripes interrupted by a portion of white in the middle for some reason.

You must complete the quest “The Way of the Odachi” in Tokachi Range before you can purchase Ashen Glow from Ran the Bowyer.

Death’s Touch

Death’s Touch alternates between white wrapped regions and deep indigo paint. There’s also just a drop of red for extra flair.

Hearth’s Blessing

Hearth’s Blessing is painted with thick red and black stripes.

Hearth’s Blessing is the default kit that comes with the Yumi when you buy it from Ran the Bowyer.

The Eve of Honor

The Eve of Honor is dark brown stained wood with blue wrappings that look like stripes at the edges.
