Holiday season is upon us! Time to pick presents for loved ones. This guide features hand-picked recommendations from our own collections and wishlists for anyone who wants to gift “something Star Wars” but isn’t quite sure about where to start.
LEGO sets
LEGO is a great gift for both kids and grown-ups. Our picks for this year, however, are more tailored to the grown-up fans.
UCS AT-ST
The LEGO UCS AT-ST is one of the most recently released sets. It is made of 1,513 pieces and includes an AT-ST driver with the Imperial crest printed on its arms. As every other UCS set, this one also comes with the display plaque.

It measures over 14.5 in. (37 cm) high, 8.5 in. (22 cm) long and 8.5 in. (22 cm) wide. While this isn’t cheap, the price tag of $199.99 is certainly smaller compared to other UCS sets.

UCS Razor Crest
The UCS Razor Crest was released a few years ago, but it continues to be one of my favorite LEGO Star Wars sets. While massive, the proportions are right, and I love all the details that are inside. It has a total of 6187 pieces.

It is 28 in. (72 cm) long, 10 in. (24cm) tall, and 20 in. (50 cm) wide. This set is currently priced at $599. For sure, a very expensive set, but it is definitely worth it if you have the money and are a fan of The Mandalorian.
This set is retiring soon, so there’s no better moment to get it. If you want to know more about it, my review goes into a lot more detail.

Star Wars: The High Republic is a multi-platform publishing project with books and comics for all ages. This era lasted from 500 BBY to 100 BBY; it is a time of expansion, exploration, and prosperity. It is also said to be the golden age for the Jedi Order.
The High Republic is divided into three phases:
- Phase I introduced the first stories of this era back in 2021.
- Phase II finished with Path of Vengeance.
- Phase III came to an end with Trials of the Jedi earlier this year.
This is probably one of the most, if not the most, complex storylines in the Star Wars Canon Timeline. There are dozens of planets, characters, and events that are intertwined with each other, even if they’re set apart by hundreds of years.
Getting into The High Republic is an amazing journey, perfect for anyone who wants to spend weeks or even months discovering a new side of Star Wars.
Black Series Figures
Star Wars figures are probably one of the safest choices when it comes to gifts. The only problem is that there are hundreds of figures, with the line often offering multiple versions of a single character.
If the person you’re thinking of is a fan of a specific character, like someone from a video game or a specific show, then this might be the best choice. If money is not an issue, one of the Black Series Helmets is another fantastic option. They’re very accurate and cosplay-ready.

Both the Black Series figures and helmets become harder to find (and sometimes more expensive) as time passes by. I suggest that you try looking for something that was released fairly recently.

Cooking books
Cooking is a skill that everyone needs to learn. Sometimes we end up rotating the same dishes due to our laziness or lack of knowledge. There’s nothing wrong with that, but it’s nice to learn something new every once in a while.
Giving Star Wars fans the chance to cook a recipe from their favorite movie or show is something unique. There are a considerable number of options out there, and most of them are very affordable. In my opinion, this is a great choice if your budget is limited, but you still want to give something different.

A ship!
Ships and vehicles are some of the most iconic things in Star Wars. There are so many designs, sizes, styles, colors, and variations that you could spend hundreds of hours learning about all of them.
You can always go with the Vintage Collection option; these look very good and are highly detailed. The downsides are their size and price. Just getting three of them requires a considerable space on a shelf and a few hundred dollars.

Another choice is the Micro Galaxy Squadron line; they are small, cheaper, have good details and you have something from almost all eras of Star Wars.
Though the distribution of this line is irregular and there’s a lot of luck involved, at least when trying to get a specific model in physical stores. At least you can still buy many of them online.

Collectibles
While many of the items previously mentioned can be considered collectibles, this segment is about the bigger, more detailed, and also most expensive ones. There are two types that come to my mind.
The first one is the big statues that companies like Hot Toys and Iron Studios make. They are incredible, and only one could be the centerpiece of your Star Wars collection. They are expensive and fragile, but if you can find the right spot for them, I think they’re more than worth it.

The second option is a lightsaber. Probably every Star Wars fan has dreamed about getting a nice lightsaber with sound effects and their favorite color lighting the blade.
There are many options to get one; you can get one of the Legacy lightsabers from Galaxy’s Edge at Disney or from a third party, which often offer customizable options for a better price. There’s also the Black Series lightsabers, but I would only suggest these if you don’t have any other options, since their price-quality is worse compared to the previous ones.

Games
The amount of good Star Wars games can’t be understated. There’s something for pretty much everyone, though some of the choices might be a little old for some people.
If you are looking for a gift for a person who plays on PC, you can get multiple games for a small amount of money. Particularly on Steam, where there are huge discounts throughout the year.
I can’t mention all of them, but what I can do is make a small list of great games that mentions the game’s title, genre, and where you can play it. Hopefully, this will make it easier.
