Shawn Levy reveals composer for Star Wars: Starfighter
Star Wars: Starfighter director Shawn Levy revealed on Kevin McCarthy’s podcast that the composer in charge of the music score will be Thomas Newman.
For those who aren’t familiar with the name, Newman is a composer who has scored movies like Finding Nemo, Skyfall, American Beauty, Saving Mr. Banks, Little Women, The Shawshank Redemption, 1917, and WALL-E, among many others.

Levy mentioned how he doesn’t want something to be a remix of John Williams’ music, definitely inspired by, but not something that is just slightly changed.
Newman is a man capable of creating music that conveys all types of emotions, so it’s exciting to think what he’ll come up with.

We still have to wait around 18 months before seeing Star Wars: Starfighter, but so far, everyone has been pretty discreet about what’s going on.
Hopefully, that will go on for another year. Being surprised in a good way is a rare treat nowadays, and this movie could be something refreshing.
A Lawless Time, the new set for Star Wars Unlimited
A Lawless Time has been announced as an upcoming set for the TCG Star Wars Unlimited. A Lawless Time is themed around smugglers, bounty hunters, undercover rebels, and the type of scum and villainy that you’d find on places like Tatooine or Nar Shaddaa.

Characters you can expect to appear on the set are Leia Organa, Jabba the Hutt, Zeb Orellios, R2-D2, Han Solo, Boba Fett, Dr. Aphra, Lando Calrissian, Hondo Ohnaka, Salacious Crumb, and many more. The set is hitting shelves in March 2026. For more info about A Lawless Time, read the Star Wars Unlimited official post.
New collaboration between Star Wars and Columbia
Columbia has teased a new collaboration with Star Wars. The teaser shows a small sequence that resembles the speeder bike chase on Endor during Return of the Jedi. My guess is that it will be rebel-themed.

This isn’t the first collaboration between these brands. Their past ones have released some pretty cool merch. The release date is yet to be revealed, but if you like something, I suggest that you try to buy it the moment it’s available.
Because of their limited quantities, these collaborations usually sell out on release day, and resellers often ask a considerable price for them. Make sure to check the Columbia x Star Wars site for future updates.
Black Friday deals
Black Friday began a few days ago, and many companies put many Star Wars items on sale: Books, LEGO sets, toys, figures, games, and pretty much everything you can imagine.

While some deals might be over at the time you see this article, others will continue throughout the weekend.
For example, the Black Friday Steam Sale lasts until December 2nd. If you are still looking for a Star Wars gift, we have a list of what we believe are some pretty good Star Wars Black Friday deals.

Boba Fett: Black, White and Red #3 (of 4)
Boba Fett is out for revenge. During his early days as a bounty hunter, Fett failed to complete a bounty. This humiliation left a stain that he now attempts to remove permanently.
Our review of Issue 3 goes deeper into what this story is about and how it compares to the previous ones. This story is also part of the Star Wars Canon Timeline.
Release date: November 26, 2025.
