The Mandalorian and Grogu commercial left everyone confused
Lucasfilm and ILM created a commercial that premiered during Super Bowl LX. For the last few years, we have gotten used to seeing trailers for highly anticipated movies and series in this important event.
However, this time we got what no one expected. A commercial that resembles what brands like Pepsi or Heineken used to do decades ago. In fact, it appears to be a straight-up parody of the classic Budweiser Clydesdale Super Bowl commercials.
Normally, I wouldn’t be too surprised about something like this considering we’re just a few months from its release, but this time it’s odd to say the least. The main reason is that there has been very little advertising of the movie, and the cost to air that commercial was around ten million dollars.
This is a weird play by Disney, and many people have voiced their concerns about it. Personally, I like that we don’t get to know half the plot of the movie before it even releases, but I understand how unusual this is by current standards and why many fans are worried that the movie is going to be bantha poodoo.
New collectibles from The Mandalorian and Grogu revealed by LEGO, HASBRO, FUNKO
The New York Toy Fair took place on February 12. This is one of the most important events of the year for anyone who loves toys and collectibles. Multiple brands presented their upcoming Star Wars products, with most of them being related to The Mandalorian and Grogu. Here’s everything revealed.
LEGO
LEGO revealed a total of five new sets, all of them about The Mandalorian and Grogu. Some of them are quite expensive, considering none of these sets are from the new Smart Play line. The X-Wing comes out April 1, 2026, while the other four hit shelves on April 26, 2026.
- AT-RT Attack: 297 pieces, three minifigures, priced at $44.99
- Anzellan Starship: 701 pieces, three minifigures, priced at $74.99
- The Razor Crest: 930 pieces, five minifigures, priced at $149.99

HASBRO
Hasbro couldn’t stay behind with The Mandalorian and Grogu reveals. A total of ten new figures are coming.

The Imperial Remnant AT-AT Driver comes out May 1, 2026. The other four are out on April 1, 2026.

This collection includes The Mandalorian and Grogu driving an Imperial Remnant AT-RT, The Mandalorian with a mini Grogu, Zeb Orrelios on his own, three different versions of Grogu, an Imperial Remnant Stormtrooper, a Mercenary Guard Droid, and Zeb Orrelios piloting the Razor Crest.
Jazwares
Jazwares revealed a new Razor Crest for their Micro Galaxy Squadron line. Aside from the yellow paint, this 7-inch vehicle is pretty much identical to the first version of the ship that came out when the line released a few years ago. It releases this fall with pre-orders available on February 16 at Walmart.
The Mandalorian Visual Guide
The Mandalorian Visual Guide covers all three seasons of The Mandalorian. You will learn more about Grogu, Mandalorian code (the Way), the Razor Crest, and some of the most iconic characters of the series. It also features behind-the-scenes content and exclusive images.

Ben Quadinaros and Sebulba will be playable characters in Star Wars: Galactic Racer
A few days ago, State of Play released new footage and information about some of the upcoming PlayStation 5 games. During the stream, they released a short gameplay trailer that shows some of the places and vehicles we’ll get to use in the game.
But the most exciting thing is that they are including both Ben Quadinaros and Sebubla as playable characters! Sadly, the release date is yet to be announced.
