Cyberpunk 2077 is now available on Xbox Game Pass Premium and Ultimate for Xbox Series S | X, and Xbox One!

Xbox Game Pass is a subscription service that allows people to play a wide selection of games without having to buy them individually. Sadly, Cyberpunk 2077 is not included on Game Pass for PC. Also, keep in mind that it doesn’t include the Phantom Liberty expansion, just the base game.

Why this is a big deal

It’s been more than five years since Cyberpunk 2077’s infamous release. The immense excitement about it quickly turned into frustration when thousands of players were unable to play and enjoy the game due to an absurd number of bugs and technical problems.

The internet was flooded by memes, negative reviews, and endless comments about how people couldn’t run the game. People were furious and disappointed, and they had every right to be. I think it’s fair to call it one of the worst launches in recent years.

The developers promised to fix everything, but people were rightfully pissed and dismissive. Few things make a community angrier than a studio releasing something unfinished only to follow it with a generic PR apology.

Many people (including myself) believed the game to be done. However, that wasn’t the case. In fact, CD PROJEKT RED actually turned everything around. Not only did they fix most of the bugs, but they added a ton of new content. Including Phantom Liberty, which I believe to be one of the best expansions in gaming history.

It took some time, but Cyberpunk 2077 got its redemption and is now one of the few games I’d recommend everyone to try at least once. It’s chaotic, intense, unique, and even emotional. A truly unique experience that we often crave in new games but rarely get nowadays.

This praise for CP 2077 isn’t recent; I’m sure you’ve heard it on a YouTube video, Reddit, or even the review section on Steam. If you happened to be amongst the victims of the game launch, it’s understandable that you’re hesitant to give it a second chance.

With Cyberpunk 2077 finally being available on Game Pass, you don’t have to spend your hard-earned money on a game that could not be your thing. You can just give it a try and see for yourself if CP 2077 deserves all the love it gets after that dreadful release.

Additionally, Cyberpunk 2077 has made collaborations with Fortnite, with a new one coming up very soon.

We at VULKK.com have covered the game since its release until its most recent update. So if you decide to try the game, I suggest you check out some of our walkthroughs, build guides, item catalogs, easter eggs, vehicles list, boss guides, and much more of both the base game and Phantom Liberty.
