What is the Druidic Armor Set

In Assassin’s Creed Valhalla armor sets provide unique look for your character Eivor, but also bring special and unique set bonuses if you equip more than one piece that belong to the same set.

The Druidic armor. It is part of the Raven gear collection and any Gold (Yellow) passives increasing Raven gear from your Skill Tree will directly increase the stats of this set. This is a mid-tier armor set. You can, of course, level it up.

The Druidic Armor Set contains the following set bonuses:

  • (2) Some health is restored after 3 hits on the same enemy
    Health Restored: 3.5%
  • (5) Additional increase to Melee Damage and Poison Build-Up Resistance
    Bonus: +10.0 Melee Damage
    Bonus: +20.0 Poison Build-Up Resistance

The numbers in the brackets show how many pieces of the set you need to equip to get the bonus perks. It doesn’t matter which armor pieces you slot as long as they belong to the same set.

When can you get the Druidic Set in AC Valhalla?
All five pieces are available in Ireland, which is the new region added with the Wrath of the Druids DLC (the first expansion the to game, released in May 2021). You can get this armor set at around Power Level 50 or higher. The whole area for the DLC is set to Power Level 55. You could do it at lower level as well, but you will have to be extra cautious to avoid fights with overpowered foes.

When should you get the Druidic Set in AC Valhalla?
It depends on you playstyle. You can get the set early on. The whole map of Ireland seems to be set for the same difficulty level. I visited it at Power Level 409 and had absolutely no troubles with any of the encounters. Still, the DLC’s difficulty is listed as Power Level 55 on the map in-game, so if you are new character, just starting your adventures in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, be careful.
The Poison is quite popular among many of the stronger enemies you will face in Wrath of the Druids DLC and having extra resistance against this damage-over-time effect is useful.

How to get the Druidic Set in Valhalla

The Druidic Set contains five armor pieces. They are all located in Ireland, part of the Wrath of the Druids DLC. If you do not own this expansions to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, you will not have access to the new map where this armor set is located.

The five pieces are not hard to get. Some require you to unlock or uncover secret entrances, some require fighting, but most are easy to access if you know where to search for the chests.

The cloak, bracers and helmet are in Ulster region, the torso is in Meath region and the pants are located in Connacht. The following sections of this guide will take you step-by-step through all of the obstacles to obtain the items and get the full set.

Druidic Helmet

You will find the Druidic Helmet in the Movilla Abbey, which is on the eastern shores of Ireland, in the Ulster region.

The main building of the abbey has a door with metal bars on the north side. Take care of the guard in front of it and then shoot the locking mechanism of the interior door on the other side of the room with the chest.

Druidic Helmet Door Unlock

The main entrance to the Abbey building is on the north side. You can rush through the many guards if you don’t want to fight them. As soon as you enter, turn left and go through the door you unlocked a moment ago from the outside.

The chest with the Druidic Helmet is right in front of you in that small room.

Druidic Cloak

The chest with the Druidic Cloak is in the ancient ruins called Doon Fort on a small island, in the north-western end of the Ulster region.

The area is filled with the green smoke and there are a few druids you will find there. The chest, however, is in a small cave right in the middle of the island. You can run to it and quickly open it without fighting.

Druidic Armor (Torso)

The Druidic Torso is inside the Boyne Tombs, located north from the Boyne River in Meath

Druidic Torso Map

The entrance is on the east side. You need to blow up stone-and-wood door to get inside. You can do that with an Incendiary arrow.

Once inside, follow the narrow corridor to its end and then jump down into an adjacent room to the right to get to the lower level.

On a wooden table in that room you will find the Boyne Tombs Key. Pick it up.

Druidic Torso Key

From here, you need to go through the opening in the wall in this room, then jump down to the lower level. Get to this room (image below)

On the north wall of that room you will find a thick wooden door that is locked by default, but you have the Boyne Tombs Key, which unlocks it!

In the narrow corridor with the mice find the opening in the wall on your right and slide through it to reach the Druidic Torso Chest. Yes, you do have a main quest objective in the room at the end of this corridor that ends with a staircase.

Druidic Bracers

You will find the Bracers in Donegal, located in the western part of Ulster, at the Erne River shores.

Druidic Bracers Map

The tallest building is where you will find the chest with the armor piece. Find the small open window on the highest floor and climb through it to get inside.

The chest with the Druidic Bracers is in the corner. Free for picking up. You can very easily sneak in and out of the restricted area without anybody noticing you.

Druidic Breeches

The pants for this set are in Kesh Coran, which is in the western part of the Connacht region.

Druidic Breeches Map

The entrance is on the east side of the camp, on the higher level. Blow up a stone wall to reveal it.

Note: beware of enemies inside the cave’s tunnels. After you enter, slide down the ladders two levels lower. On your left you will see a barred door. Shoot the red marker to unlock it. This is your quick way out later on.

On the wall opposite the door you just unlocked, there will be a small wooden crate. Break it to free up your access through the narrow hole in the stone wall. Pass through it.

Follow the corridor that leads you to the next room. Defeat the Venomous Druid (or not, it’s optional). The treasure chest with the Druidic Breeches is right behind the druid.
