A guide showing you all new Weapons Locations in Svartalfheim from Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s Dawn of Ragnarok Expansion!
This guide currently only lists the weapons available in the open-world map of Svartalfheim. I am not sharing any story-related spoilers. You can collect these weapons as soon as you finish the Dawn of Ragnarok starter quest to get to Svartalfheim.

How to get Thorgrim’s Dying Breath (halberd)
Thorgrim’s Dying Breath is a polearm, also known as Atgeir. It’s available as loot from a treasure chest in the northern part of Svaladal.
In the above-marked area there are two stone houses, both semi underwater. The east one contains the chest, while the west one has the key you need to open the chest.
Dive underwater and enter the lower level of the west house.
Swim up the stairs and get to the upper floor. Pick up the key from the small wooden table next to the pile of broken golden vases.
Break the locking mechanism of the door and exit the house. Go to the other house (the east one).
Climb up to the open window on the south side and enter inside.
On your right, there is a hole in the floor. Jump down.
This floor is flooded. The chest is at the end of the room adjacent to the one you jumped into.
Thorgrim’s Dying Breath belongs to the Bear skill tree. It benefits from red passive boosts. It has a unique perk, of course:
Heavy Critical Hits knock enemies on the ground.
How to get Legacy of Ivaldi (hammer)
The hammer Legacy of Ivaldi is available from the treasure chest in Hreidmar Palace. There are two more items you may want to pick up from there. The Dwarven Blacksmith Armor chest piece and the Explosive Retreat Ability Book of Knowledge.
The chest containing the hammer is on the southern terrace of the keep. To open it, you need a key.
The key is in a room full of lava on the lower floor. You can enter from the north side. Use Power of Muspelheim to make sure you don’t take damage from the lava. Or you can roll through it.
Legacy of Ivaldy is a bear hammer. It has a unique perk that reads:
Stagger enemies in an area after hitting an enemy with the special attack.
Cooldown: 10 seconds.
How to get Fenrir’s Incisor (dagger)
Fenrir’s Incisor is a mythical dagger. You can find it in a chest at Gimsteinhus, in southwestern Vangrinn.
Northeast from the stone building, there is a teleport target. Use the Power of Jotunheim to get up there.
Turn around and do the same by aiming at the red target inside the house to teleport there.
Break the ice and wood on the floor and jump to the lower level to get to the chest.
Fenrir’s Incisor is a Raven skill tree weapon. It benefits from the yellow skill tree passives. The dagger has the following perk attached to it:
Special attacks using this weapon consume less Stamina.
Stamina Cost Reducton: 20%
