How to solve the Bells puzzle

There are eight bells, situated in two rows. Each bell has a unique symbol on the wooden frame above them. A few meters to the left, there is a board displaying pieces of paper with some of those symbols.

To solve the puzzle, you need to ring the bells in the exact order as shown on the board. If you don’t have a mallet on you, there is one conveniently provided next to the bells.

Pick it up and equip it. In the bottom right corner of your screen, you will see the controls for this tool.

The order in which you have to ring the bells, is as follows. The number in the brackets corresponds to the number we placed on the image below, for your convenience.

  1. Top row, first on the left. (1)
  2. Top row, second on the left. (2)
  3. Top row, second on the right. (3)
  4. Top row, first on the right. (4)
  5. Bottom row, first on the left. (5)
  6. Bottom row, second on the left. (6)
  7. Top row, first on the right. (4)
  8. Top row, second on the right. (3)
  9. Top row, second on the left. (2)
  10. Top row, first on the left. (1)

It doesn’t matter if you are fast or slow. Take your time to properly target each bell to make sure you hit the correct one. It also doesn’t matter if you ring a wrong bell. Just start over from Step 1. There’s no reset button.

Reward

As with all other Ancient Ruins puzzles, the reward is an Abyss Artifact. This one is not sealed. It will directly give you a +1 Skill Point. You can use it to unlock new skills or upgrade your gear to higher tiers.
