If you’re interested in making Kliff look like a knight, the Canta Plate Gloves are often used for other sets, so they’re a safer early-game upgrade.
Acquisition
You can purchase the entire Canta Plate armor set from the Equipment Shop in Hernand Town, Hernand, after dueling Matthias during Chapter II: Golden Greed.

You can wear and upgrade this set for the whole game and it will be just as good as the stuff you pick up in Delesyia and the Crimson Desert.
