Where to find the Sealed Abyss Artifacts that unlock all 5 of the Blaster challenges in Crimson Desert and tips on how to complete each one.
You can track your progress with the Blaster Challenges in-game by navigating to Journal → Challenges → Mastery → (Goyen’s Advice) Blaster.
Since Oongka is the only character who can wield a blaster, you can only complete these challenges while playing as him after unlocking him at the end of Chapter VII: Homecoming.
Barraging Cannon I
You unlock Barraging Cannon I after picking up the Sealed Abyss Artifact on the road outside Redfox Trading Post in Beardtree Gorge in northern Delesyia.
Challenge
Hit 3 enemies at once with a blaster
Tips
Use a Focused Charged Shot imbued with fire.
Barraging Cannon II
You unlock Barraging Cannon II after picking up the Sealed Abyss Artifact along the road leading to Silvermoon Tradehouse in Shadow’s Slope in southeastern Demeniss.
Challenge
Defeat 3 enemies using Charged Shot
Defeat 3 enemies with Fire-imbued Charged Shot
Defeat 3 enemies with Ice-imbued Charged Shot
Defeat 3 enemies with Lightning-imbued Charged Shot
Defeat 3 enemies with Wind-imbued Charged Shot
Tips
You’ll need to unlock all 4 elemental attacks in the Abyss.
Barraging Cannon III
You unlock Barraging Cannon III after picking up the Sealed Abyss Artifact by one of the water towers in Timberton along the main road into Marni.
Challenge
Defeat 10 enemies within 30 seconds with a blaster without destroying any surrounding objects
Tips
Find a few clusters of enemies out in the wilderness and still use Charged Focused Shots to wipe them out in droves. There are a bunch of enemies in the forest near the Mountain of Frozen Souls in Hernand where you can farm the Crude Devil Mask. Another good location is the courtyard at Flame Knights Castle in Demeniss.
Barraging Cannon IV
You unlock Barraging Cannon IV after picking up the Sealed Abyss Artifact along the road beside Oceanside Hearth in southern Dewhaven in Delesyia.
Challenge
Defeat an enemy on horseback from over 30 meters away with a blaster
Tips
You need to be 30m away from an enemy who is riding on a horse. Enemies riding Kuku Birds or bears do not count. Since blasters are more lethal and explosive, it’s harder to aggro a civilian on horseback from range without killing them or knocking them off their horse first.
You can find some friendly guards patrolling around on horses north of Thornbriar Fortress in southeastern Demeniss. Use your Jetpack to get 30m away and pick them off one by one. They need to be aggressive towards you before they will count as enemies.
Barraging Cannon V
You unlock Barraging Cannon V after picking up the Sealed Abyss Artifact near the Constabulary in Tommaso in the Tashkalp region of the Crimson Desert.
Challenge
Destroy 2 watchtowers with a blaster within 10 seconds
Tips
Watchtowers are common at wooden Forts, particularly in Pailune. A single Focused Charge Shot should take down each.
