You unlock Worth Its Weight after picking up the Sealed Abyss Artifact in the center of the farmlands at Calphade Farmhouse in northwestern Hernand.

You unlock Hands Quicker than Eyes after picking up the Sealed Abyss Artifact at some Desert Ruins in the Trader’s Expanse along the road between Urdavah and Varnia in the Crimson Desert.
