Dancing Blade, Shining Shield I
You unlock Dancing Blade, Shining Shield I after picking up the Sealed Abyss Artifact from the side of the road near Meshley Trapsmith, south of The Witchwoods in Hernand.
Challenge
Defeat 5 enemies with a rapier within 60 seconds
Dancing Blade, Shining Shield II
You unlock Dancing Blade, Shining Shield II after picking up the Sealed Abyss Artifact at the fork in the road connecting the upper and lower farmland in the Golden Plains of Demeniss.
Challenge
Stab enemies 10 times with a rapier without taking damage
Tips
Boost your Attack Speed with Swift Abyss Gears make this challenge a bit easier.
Dancing Blade, Shining Shield III
You unlock Dancing Blade, Shining Shield III after picking up the Sealed Abyss Artifact on the side of the road southwest of the Bamboo Forest Seonangdang not far from Shipwreck Shore in southwestern Demeniss.
Challenge
Hit a prone enemy 5 times with a rapier
Tips
An enemy is considered prone while it has been knocked down. Smiting Strike and Spinning Scissors Throw are good ways to knock down an enemy, then you just have to spam your regular attack.
Dancing Blade, Shining Shield IV
You unlock Dancing Blade, Shining Shield IV after picking up the Sealed Abyss Artifact along the road to Fort Windridge next to the Forsaken Wyvern Nest on Three Brothers’ Cliff in southwestern Delesyia.
Challenge
Defeat 3 enemies at once from over 10 meters away with a rapier
Tips
You’ll need to defeat enemies clustered together at max range using a fully upgraded Smiting Bolt (for reliability). You may have an easier time if you bring along Oongka or Kliff or a bear and try to defeat enemies attacking them.
Dancing Blade, Shining Shield V
You unlock Dancing Blade, Shining Shield V after picking up the Sealed Abyss Artifact on the road out of the Golden Plains leading to the Spire of Clockwork on the Breezeblown Knoll.
Challenge
Hit 9 enemies within 15 seconds using Shield Toss
Tips
It’s easiest to do this in an area with a bunch of enemies packed tightly together, like a blockaded stronghold. Make sure your Shield Toss Skill is fully upgraded since that increases the number of bounces per throw.
