Shield of Unchanging Will I
You unlock Shield of Unchanging Will I after picking up the Sealed Abyss Artifact on the road connecting Hernand Town to Three Saints’ Falls in central Hernand.
Challenge
Defeat 3 enemies with a shield
Solution
You’ll need to use Skills like Charge, Rush, and Shield Bash to complete this challenge. It helps to use one of the Shields with a unique effect against weaker enemies, like the Bleed Bandits in Hernand.
Shield of Unchanging Will II
You unlock Shield of Unchanging Will II after picking up the Sealed Abyss Artifact along the road connecting Kharonso to Lake Kharonso south of Scholastone Institute in western Hernand.
Challenge
Block 10 arrows with a shield
Shield of Unchanging Will III
You unlock Shield of Unchanging Will III after picking up the Sealed Abyss Artifact along the road leading to the Sanctum of Benediction in western Hernand.
Challenge
Hit 3 enemies at once with a shield
Solution
Get in the middle of a massive cluster of enemies and then use something like Shield Bash to hit 3 enemies with the same swing.
Shield of Unchanging Will IV
You unlock Shield of Unchanging Will IV after picking up the Sealed Abyss Artifact along the road on Rocca’s Hill, east of Embernest Beacon, in central Hernand.
Challenge
Defeat 5 enemies with a shield without taking damage
Solution
Just like with Shield of Unchanging Will II, use Skills like Charge, Rush, and Shield Bash alongside one of the Shields with a unique effect against weaker enemies, like the Bleed Bandits in Hernand.
Shield of Unchanging Will V
You unlock Shield of Unchanging Will V after picking up the Sealed Abyss Artifact at the fork in the road south of Furlington Farm, east of Anvil Hill, in western Demeniss.

Flip 5 enemies with a shield
Solution
The Shield Bash skill is made for flipping enemies.
Shield of Unchanging Will VI
You unlock Shield of Unchanging Will VI after picking up the Sealed Abyss Artifact near the river crossing on the road to Hoenmark Ruins southwest of Calphade in Hernand.
Challenge
Land 10 hits on enemies within 1 minute with a shield using Charge
Solution
You’ll have the easiest time completing this challenge at a stronghold or battle where enemies are at their densest.
