Learn how to solve the Secret at the Church puzzles in Crimson Desert. With a tile puzzle and rotating disc puzzle to solve, this walkthrough will help you on your path to chase down the Crowcaller.
Quest Structure and Rewards
This investigative quest will have you exploring the area at and around a church in Deminiss. This quest will let you track down the Crowcaller’s whereabouts and take them on at their hiding spot.

Obtain the church’s relic
After pursuing the Crowcaller from Hernand to Deminiss, you’ll be left in a cemetery near an orphanage. Throughout the area are numerous corpses strewn about, so you’ll need to gather information at the orphanage.
A short walk northeast will lead you to the orphanage. When you reach the X, look north for a small house near the outer wall. There will be a nun inside that will give you the Church Crypt Key.
Head south towards the church and go into the small structure on the left side of the church. Take the ladder down and you’ll be in a small crypt with a locked storage box and a Palmar Pill.
The strongbox will be locked by a tile puzzle. Open it by pressing the top left, top middle, center, then top right to unlock it and obtain Dagger of Radiance.
Activate the Pillar of Radiance
The Dagger of Radiance is not a weapon you can equip, rather it’s a key you’ll use at the cemetery where the Crowcaller disappeared. Return to the Pillar of Radiance and insert the dagger into it to start the next puzzle.
Examine the metal disc on the pillar and you’ll find you’re able to rotate portions of the disc. Rotate both of them until you see sparks and you’ll unlock the Spire of Soaring. The image on the disc will appear similar to an eye.
This will conclude this short puzzle quest and your next task for Chapter V is to go to the Spire of Soaring to take on the Crowcaller.
