00:07 | Greetings! |
I’m Vulkk. | |
00:09 | Welcome to this comprehensive guide on acquiring Legendary Implants in SWTOR. |
Whether you are a veteran or a newcomer to a galaxy far, far away, this video is tailored to assist you in optimizing your character’s performance.
00:35 | Previously, you needed to collect up to six pieces of gear to complete a set bonus. |
With the release of Update 7.0 and the “Legacy of the Sith” expansion, things have changed.
Now these bonuses are attached directly to Legendary Implants.
01:01 | To begin acquiring Legendary Implants, head to your faction’s Fleet. |
01:06 | Locate the Twi’lek NPC named Lonndar Eadwinn. |
He offers a mission titled “Technological Advancements.”
01:20 | To start the mission, you need a character at level 80. |
This mission involves charging a Jeweled Unknown Neuro-Key using daily and weekly objectives.
01:31 | Each one contributes a specific number of charges to the Neuro-Key. |
01:35 | Completing your personal conquest is the most efficient way to gain progress. |
01:40 | If you are a solo player, the daily area weeklies are your best bet. |
01:45 | Because this is an MMO, I highly recommend that you team up with others for faster results. |
01:54 | Once your Neuro-Key is fully charged, return to Lonndar to turn in the mission and unlock your first Implant. |
02:01 | Initially, Implants have an item rating of 326, but you can upgrade them. |
02:08 | Upgrades require tech fragments and conquest commendations. |
02:12 | Achieving higher item rating reduces the cost of future upgrades. |
To be most efficient with tech fragments and commendations, only upgrade the implants you intend to keep.
02:40 | The icons are color coded to match the tertiary stats. |
02:44 | For example, all implants that provide critical rating have a purple icon. |
02:49 | Each implant is designed to enhance specific aspects of your class. |
