SWTOR Subscription and Cartel Coin Bundles, Discounts and Deals

Looking for a way to get a SWTOR Subscription Game Time on a budget or at a discounted price as part of a bundle? This will help you find the best discounts, promotions and deals!

SWTOR was one of the last MMOs to have a subscription and a pioneer in the F2P space. Broadsword is gradually improving the F2P and Preferred experience, but in my opinion the game looks and feels very different when all limitations are lifted with a subscription.

This article will show you the best deals and sales currently available. We do our best to keep it up to date. It has been over ten years since it was first published

Official Bundles

Broadsword offers bundles that contain anywhere from one to six months of subscription time, Cartel Coins and some digital goodies for your characters like mounts and dyes. You can find these bundles on the swtor.com website and/or Steam.

In the table below, you will find a price list and summary of the ways you can purchase premium features in SWTOR. It details the time-limited and evergreen bundles, standard subscription plans, and direct Cartel Coin purchase options.

For the multi-month recurring subscriptions, you can see a monthly amount in brackets, for reference. You will be billed the full amount at the time of purchase.

We have individual in-depth reviews for every bundle in this list. You can take a look at it for more details on the items included.

The price listed in the second column is in USD, as listed on the game’s website, at the time of the last update of this article. Additional fees or taxes may apply, depending on where you live and your local currency.

The evergreen offerings such as the Enter the Fight and Continue the Fight Bundles are great for both new and veteran players alike, really anyone who wants to resume or keep their subscription active.

Older and Unavailable Offers

There used to be a number of other cheap offerings. You may have seen them mentioned in this article in the past. Such examples of old (currently unavailable bundles) include:

• Origin Bundle
• SWTOR’s Referral Program
• Most Store-specific Minipet Cartel Coin Cards
• Other third-party deals and promotions that have been only available for a limited time in the past
• Collections Unlock Sale (typically available around May the 4th and Holiday Season)

What happens when your subscription expires?

When you become a subscriber, you gain full access to all features of the game. After your subscription time expires, you will forever retain full access to all the paid expansions and story content that has been released up to this point in time.

After your Subscription expires, you will be reverted to a Preferred Status player, which is way better than F2P and you will be able to keep playing your characters as well as create new ones and level them up to lvl 80. Keep in mind, that there is a limit to how many characters a Preferred Player can have for free!

The big question you may still be asking yourself is Is Star Wars The Old Republic Subscription Worth It. Yes, it is, if you have been away from the game for over a year.

Past that first month, it is up to you to decide if you need to keep the subscription or let it drop you to Preferred until the next story content arrives.

I myself have always been a subscriber, since day 1. I have very limited experience what it is like to not have a subscription, and it comes primarily from other sources, not myself. That said, I’d love to hear more about your experiences!
