The Vault of Vengeance is one of Crimson Desert’s many Abyss Puzzles. Find out how to reach this section of the Abyss and how to solve the puzzle to claim the Abyss Artifact reward.
How to reach the Vault of Vengeance
You can access the Vault of Vengeance after the completion of the Obsession and Madness Quest in Chapter IV. You also need to complete the Secret Garden first, as it is linked directly to it.
After following the path of the Skybridge, make sure to step on the Abyss Nexus to unlock this location permanently.
Important: In order to solve this puzzle, you need the Focus Shot skill.
How to solve the puzzle
Look for the energized cubes; one is on the far left, while the other is on the right side of the entrance. Grab them with Axiom Force and place them in place of the stone blocks.
Walk to the door and hit both lighting panels with an arrow. If you struggle doing it at normal speed, use Focus Shot. Then walk towards the door and use Nature’s Grasp to open it.
Meters ahead, you’ll find a huge room with lasers all over the place. Use Focus Shot on the lights above the four pillars. Only after shooting all four with Focus Shot will the lasers deactivate. Then walk to the center and grab the Golden Sword.
Before jumping down, check out the room. There are many treasure chests and other valuables you should loot. You can always come back later as well. Then jump to the lower level where Golden Vault is located.
This part of the puzzle is like something taken out of a spy movie. Learn the laser’s timing and get to the other side.
Being touched by the lasers isn’t fatal by itself, but you’ll be stunned for a few seconds. If other lasers hit you during that time, it’s going to be quite painful and annoying.
At the end of the hall, you have to place the energy panel on the socket. The easiest way to do this is with Force Current. In case you don’t have this skill, jump, glide, and use Force Palm in the air to lock it in place. If done properly, the teleporter will be online.
Once you’re out of the vault, you will see two lamps, one on each side. The right one is misplaced. Use the same process you did with the energy panel. Force Current is yet again the quickest way to do this.
There is a treasure chest on the left side of the platform. You can pick it up now or come back for it later.
The last step is to use Force Palm on the big button a few steps ahead of you.
Reward
The puzzle is now complete. Go ahead and claim the Abyss Artifact reward.
There is a chest on the opposite side of the Abyss Artifact, behind some vines. Make sure to loot it before leaving. It contains a Faded Abyss Artifact and the Swift Abyss Gear.
Like all sections of the Abyss, there’s yet another Skybridge just beyond here that will connect to the Courtyard of Precision, the next puzzle in this long chain.
