At the end of the Blade of Galadriel DLC you have to face and defeat the 2 Nazgul sisters at the end of the Gorgoroth Fortress Assault. This quick guide explains the mechanics of the fight!
When you start the fight, the 2 Nazgul sisters will use their special ability to Chain Eltariel to the ground. Use her new ability Cone of Light and aim for the chains.
This will deactivate them and free her to continue the fight. While chained she cannot move.
This effect repeats several times during the fight. The Nazgul sisters give a noticeable sign shortly before they attempt to use this ability.
Shadow of War Blade of Galadriel: What You Need To Know about this DLC
There are times they attempt to use the chain and Eltariel cannot avoid being “grounded”. In other cases, you will see a red flashing notification above the Nazgul’s head telling you to be prepared and jump to the side or simply move around. In fact, moving around the area is the best way to avoid all kinds of damage from the Nazgul.
To hurt the Nazgul sisters you can use Executions or well-aimed arrow shots with the bow to their heads.
Hit them with normal attacks and Cone of Light to build up your Might. Once you have an execution available, use it. Use Light-based attacks to breach the Nazgul’s armor first.
When the sisters are up in the air, use your bow to take them down or hit them with Cone of Light.

Focus on one of them and take her down first. Always keep both of them visible on your screen to be able to notice when they attempt to use their special attacks.
When the HP bar above their heads turns green (broken the opponent), you can dominate and defeat Nazgul. Once the first Nazgul is down, the fight becomes a lot easier.
