After defeating the Nazgul sisters, Eltariel has to face the Dark Talion himself. This quick guide explains the mechanics of the final boss fight in Shadow of War – Blade of Galadriel DLC
The final battle begins as Eltariel faces the Dark Talion and a few of his followers Grunts. You should entirely focus on Talion for the whole duration of the fight. He, just like the Nazgul sisters, is weak against the Cone of Light and any other attacks based on The Light.
It’s pointless to try to kill them all as he will keep resurrecting and spawning new ones every few seconds. Remember, this is the version of Talion from the end of Act III and the whole Act IV of the base Shadow of War Storyline – he is a part of the Nazgul now and wears the cool looking Ringwraith armor.
Use Light attacks to blind Talion and attack him with quick base attacks to build your Might. When your Might is full, use Executions on him to take a bigger chunk of his HP. Kite him around and away from his followers. Use the whole big area you are given for this boss fight. Go from one roof of a building to another. The longer you spend facing Talion alone with his followers away, the quicker and easier the fight will be.
At 50% HP Talion will summon the Nazgul. Again, avoid and ignore them. They have the same special attacks like in the original Nazgul fights from the base game – roll and jump to avoid the incoming damage when you see the sign above their heads. Talion will keep “teleporting” himself from time to time to a different location. You can either hit some of his followers to build your Might for the next Execution or go directly after Talion – hit him with the Light and use basic attacks, then Execute.
