The Fallen Kingdom armor set is fully upgradeable, features a combined Defense that can be refined up to 102 with the standard 8 Abyss Gear Slots, and specializes in Lightning Resistance. The set also has a Rapier and Shield associated with it that can add a combined 5 Abyss Gear Slots.

You can obtain the Fallen Kingdom armor set from different locations across the cold mountains of western Hernand.
Fallen Kingdom Helmet Location
You can obtain the Leather Helm of the Fallen Kingdom (AKA Deer Helmet) from a chest in the locked room in the Sanctum of Benediction in western Hernand. To open the sealed door, light the torch next to the steps outside.
Fallen Kingdom Chestpiece Location
You can obtain the Leather Armor of the Fallen Kingdom from a chest in the Frozen Soul Cave, a waterfall cave south of the Sanctum of Benediction in Western Hernand.
Fallen Kingdom Cloak Location
You can obtain the Leather Cloak of the Fallen Kingdom from a chest in a small room at the back of Icemoor Castle Ruins in western Hernand.
You can also find the Fallen Kingdom’s Rapier leaning on a barrel in the same room.
Fallen Kingdom Gloves Location
You can obtain the Plate Gloves of the Fallen Kingdom from a chest in the Starlight Storm Cave, a waterfall cave in the middle of nowhere in Hernand, north of Fort Warspike and south of the Sanctum of Atonement.
Fallen Kingdom Boots Location
You can obtain the Plate Boots of the Fallen Kingdom from a chest in Nightstorm Cave, a waterfall cave southeast of Icemoor Castle Ruins in western Hernand.
Fallen Kingdom Sword Location
You can find the Fallen Kingdom’s Rapier (only usable by Damiane) in a little room at the back of Icemoor Castle Ruins in western Hernand. It’s leaning against a barrel behind the chest containing the Leather Cloak of the Fallen Kingdom.
There’s also a Fallen Kingdom’s Sword that Kliff can use, but that’s just a common sword you can find as a drop throughout Hernand.
Fallen Kingdom Shield Location
You receive the Staglord’s Shield (along with an Abyss Artifact) for defeating Saigord, the Staglord, at Icemoor Castle Ruins in western Hernand as part of the House Serkis questline “Lord Amidst the Ruins”.
