Projects in Assassin’s Creed Shadows are a reward-tracking system that you can use to level up and obtain very rare resources and exclusive items. It’s similar to Battle Pass in live-service games.
The way you progress through the track by collecting Data Fragments. You can only have one Project active at a time. It’s possible to switch between them. Progression on the other project is not lost when you switch.
Anomalies are weekly missions that reset every 3.5 days (down from 7 days at launch). Open the Animus Board or the Objective Board to see them. Each Anomaly grants XP, Data Fragments and Tokens that are used for Domains.
Rewards Track
The Undertow Project offers 20 standard slots you can progress through to earn a complete set for Yasuke, Keys, Gold, Encrypted Data Files, Mastery Points, and even rewards for the upcoming Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag Resynced.
