The “Firefrost” Uprising is available to all active lvl 70 Subscribers via the Galactic Command UI or by directly accessing its personal terminal on the Fleet. It takes place on Hoth. For more detailed information visit the SWTOR Uprisings Blog Post or watch the SWTOR Uprisings Video Overview.
This is one of the shortest Uprisings available with the launch of SWTOR Patch 5.0. It offers 2 boss encounters.
1st Boss: Refactored Battle Droid
Mechanics
- Story Mode HP: 707k | Veteran Mode HP: 1.8mill
- All the area will be filled with blue circles AoE damage that ticks for ~4k while you are on it. The space is limited, so it could be a challenge with more than 1 MDPS.
- Boss has 1 special Attack called “Terminate”, which does moderate damage to a tank and is accompanied by a knockback. Shortly after Terminate, the boss applies a stun on the tank as well.
- At ~65% and ~35% Refurbished Burrower Droids will spawn. When you defeat them, they place a red circle on the floor and explode, dealing low amount of damage per circle. However, they tend to stack, so it’s best to avoid the circles.

2nd Boss: Autonomous Walker JS-MW1 and Forgemaster Droub
Mechanics
- Story Mode HP: 840k and 257k | Veteran Mode HP: 2.2mill and 558k
- Start the fight by clearing the 4 turrets. That will force Droub to go and repair them, leaving the Walker alone and available to be damaged. When Droub repairs the 4 turrets, destroy them again. While the turrets are alive, the Walker is invincible.
- The 2 avoidable special attacks you need to be aware of are the Missiles, marked with red circles on the ground and the big red beam (Mega Blast). The beam is targeting the tank and moves with them, so always make sure your are not next to your tank.
- Once the Walker is down, Forgemaster Droub appears as an active enemy. His only special attack is Spray and Pray, which is a conal frontal AoE.
- At ~60% HP, Burrower droids will spawn. When killed, they attempt to explode, dealing low amount of damage if you remain in the red circle area around them.
