SWTOR Nar Shaddaa Bonus Series Missions Guide

SWTOR Nar Shaddaa Bonus Series Missions Guide

Vulkk by Vulkk|

This guide will show you how to start and successfully complete the SWTOR Nar Shaddaa Bonus Series Missions, which BioWare made Repeatable and tied to Conquest Objectives with the release of SWTOR Game Update 6.1.1. The stories are different for Empire and Republic, so this guide is split into two segments, of course. Enjoy!

The Bonus Series Missions on Nar Shaddaa are not too long and are recommended for level 24+ players. The average duration for this storyline is 20 to 30 minutes. It includes a few additional must-complete missions alongside the main one.

Originally these were designed to be available, as the name suggests, in the form of bonus content on the planet and offer a narrative, unique to the faction as well as some Heroics and exploration side missions. This guide shows you how to pick up and complete the main storyline along with the spawning from it other missions. The side quests and Heroics are there for you to pick up along the way as you do the main mission in the same region and camps/outposts.

SWTOR Nar Shaddaa Bonus Series Conquest Mission Objectives

Game Update 6.1.1, released in April 2020, turned the Bonus Series Missions to Daily Repeatable and attached them to the Conquest system as Objectives.

You can complete the main Bonus Series Mission once on one character and it will be locked out for the rest of the week, but you can bring another character through on the next day to get the daily Conquest Objective points.

Only the main starter mission is a Weekly. All other missions described in this guide are available as Dailies.

NAR SHADDAA BONUS SERIES FOR REPUBLIC PLAYERS

The starter mission, available as Weekly, is called “The War for Nar Shaddaa“. You can pick it by talking to Deera Ulyette at the Deucalon Spaceport Lobby.

She sends you to the Lower Industrial Sector (bottom left quadrant of the Nar Shaddaa map) to speak to IK-4C.

When you arrive at the taxi pad, head east and enter the Imperial Intelligence Gadget Warehouse area. The droid you need to talk to is in the Workers’ Quarters in the east end of the map.

Next speak to Uli Zhensi in the same room to get a daily repeatable mission called “Art of Integration“.

Exit the Imperial Intelligence Gadget Warehouse through the southern corridor and enter the Imperial Re-Education Center. Here you have to destroy three Interrogation Machine Terminals and defeat the Imperial Archon. There’s a bonus mini mission for XP to defeat twenty Imperial Interrogation Personnel.

The Archon is in the south wing of the building.

Head back to Uli to finish this mission.

For the next one – “One Piece at a Time“, also daily repeatable, speak to Ciqala in the same room as Uli.

Head to the south-eastern corner of the Warehouse and take the elevator to Upper Office Atrium.

Here at the Mercenary Training Facility you have quite a bit of work to do for this mission’s objective. Destroy three Medical Supplies (the crates) and five of each: Armor Components (training dummies) and Rifle Components (gun racks). If you defeat 15 of the Mercenaries in the area, you will get the bonus XP from the additional mini mission that spawns here. The clickable items do respawn and rather quickly too.

When you are done, go back to Ciqala. Then speak again to IK-4C. There’s a Light vs Dark choice waiting for you at the end of the conversation with the Droid and Trace.

Next, go back to the lift in the south-east end of the warehouse. This time choose the High Sequrity Lockdown level. T6-B9 is located just at the entrance of the Alien Outreach Center. There’s another Light vs Dark choice from this cinematic.

At the very northern corner of the Outreach Center you will find Jaysa Wise. She will give you “Diversion” – a daily repeatable.

Next, head south. Through the Prison Yard and into the Detention Cells. Click on the blue terminals next to the prison cells to free up three prisoners. Each time you free a prisoner, enemies will ambush you. Defeat 15 Prison Riot Personnel for the bonus mini mission available in the area.

When you are done, go back to Jaysa. After that speak to Carina, who is nearby to pick up “Memory Flush” (daily again).

Head out of the Outreach Center and go to the Network Security District through the northern exit from the High Sequrity Lockdown area.

Once there, follow the path east and then north until you reach the room at the end with the droids. Defeat and scan four Security Droids. Target their remains and click the purple icon next to your mission objective. The droids despawn shortly after you defeat them, so don’t wait too long to scan. Remember to scan ONLY the Security Droids.

Next, take the platform up to the next level and head to the south-eastern corner to talk to TC-93

There is a Light vs Dark choice in the conversation with the little droid.

Return to Carina at the Alien Outreach Center to finish the mission. Then speak to T6-B9 again. Finally, head back to the Spaceport to talk to Deera Ulyette and finish the Nar Shaddaa Bonus Series for the Republic.

NAR SHADDAA BONUS SERIES FOR EMPIRE PLAYERS

The starter and main mission for the Empire side on Nar Shaddaa is called “Shattering the Peace”. It’s weekly repeatable. You can pick it up by talking to Colonel Harok at Mezenti Spaceport Lobby on Nar Shaddaa.

Next, go to Upper Industrial area to speak with Captain Westro. He’s at the taxi droid.

Stop by Agent Kayd, who is a few steps from the captain and pick up the “Breaking the Cure” daily mission.

The things she asks you to do are in the Republic Research Division area to the east from your location. Head to the marked locations and destroy five Laboratory Computers and download the Addiction Cure Formula for Kayd. There’s a bonus mission to defeat fifteen MediCure Labs Science Division Republic NPCs in the area.

After you are finished, head north to the Imperial Surveillance Outpost to talk to Agent Beshar.

On the upper platform at the same outpost you will find Lieutenant DeMare, who will give you another daily repeatable – “Prototype“.

To complete this mission you need to destroy three of each: Prototype Sensor Boosters, Czerka Lab Equipment and Republic Lab Equipment. They are all located in the northern half of the Republic Research Division. There is, of course, another bonus mini mission here – defeat six Czerka and Republic Team Leaders. And another one – to defeat 30 Scientists.

The Republic Lab is located here:

The Czerka Lab is next to it:

When done, return to the Imperial Surveillance Outpost and report back to Lieutenant DeMare.

The next mission is called “Secret Assets“. It’s another daily and you can get it from Cathan Dru at the same outpost.

Cathan asks you to access a computer to get him some Republic documents, but first you need to defeat Revaak and his mercenaries, who are located at the Steelfast Data Haven office in the Lower Office Atrium. Head to the elevator in the south-eastern corner of the Republic Research Division.

Inside a bonus mini mission can be completed – defeat 8 of Revaak’s Thugs.

When you defeat Revaak, click on the console behind him to get the documents and return to Cathan.

Now back to the main mission. Speak to DX-AX at the same outpost.

The droid sends you so speak to Narvusin next. Head down to the elevator in the south-eastern corned of the Republic Research Division. Go to the Network Security District level (bottom right on the big planetary map). On the Transit Bridge you will find Narvusin.

Nearby is the next NPC you need to talk to. Commander Stron will grant you the “Zero Protocol” daily mission.

Exit the Transit Bridge from the south and just as you enter the Data Systems Infrastructure area, you will find the first Computer Terminal you need to spike. There’s a bonus mini mission to defeat 18 Free Enclave Droids in the area.

The second Computer is in the Infotech Plaza. It’s right next to the entrance to the Republic Broadcas Tower.

The third is further to the north and east. Again, follow the path until you enter the Grid Databanks.

The final objective is to defeat Zero and ten of its droids. Take the same path and use the platform lift to get to the upper level at the most north-eastern end of the area. Then enter Zero’s Lair and finish the job.

Get back to Commander Stron to hand-in the mission. Then speak again to Narvusin. You have a Dark vs Light choice during this conversation.

Finally, head back to the Spaceport to talk to Colonel Harok and finish the Nar Shaddaa Bonus Series for the Empire.

REWARDS

At the moment the rewards from these missions are nothing special. They are worthy repeating if you struggle for XP while leveling or for Conquest, but I don’t see how this would be a fact with all of the solo and group content available elsewhere.

The daily missions grant XP, Renown, Credits, Influence (based on active companion and character you play with) and some times a random Gear item. The main mission rewards you a Locked Supply Crate of your choosing.

Please note that the images below do not represent the exact XP rewards you may receive.
