Ancient Stargazer Decorations Overview
Note: The Celestial Event Observatory passively adds green comets into a Stronghold’s sky box. This does not work on either Republic or Imperial Fleet Strongholds nor does it work on the Mek-Sha Stronghold.

Overall Thoughts
The main highlight of this decoration pack is the Celestial Event Observatory. It appears slightly different with a center stone at the tip of the structure but is otherwise very close to the stone structure seen in Andor.
The addition of green comets appearing in the sky by simply having the decoration present is nice. Though I would have liked the ability to interact with the item to summon a vast array of comets similar to the Eye of Aldhani seen in Episode 6 of Andor.
It’s a good change of pace to have ambient effects that affect a whole stronghold, I hope we see more of this. There are only three small problems with this comet effect.
The first problem is that it looks a lot better in dimmer light, so brighter strongholds such as Yavin IV may not look as good when compared to Rishi or Umbara. Second, this stony decoration doesn’t match the aesthetic of strongholds where the comets do look good. Third is that it doesn’t work in Mek-Sha or the Fleet Strongholds. Seeing the comets from the fleet window would have been nice but it doesn’t appear likely due to skybox limitations.
The set is great overall if you’re looking to add more ancient or primitive vibes to a stronghold. It looks really good in the Yavin IV stronghold and you should be able to hide the Celestial Event Observatory well enough in the larger strongholds if you just want the ambient comet effect.
