Liabilities of Balmorra is a Galactic Season Weekly Objective for Empire and Republic players requiring you to find and defeat two high profile targets.
Where to find the mission
The “Liabilities of” missions can appear as Galactic Season Weekly Objectives. They are solo-friendly find-and-defeat-a-target quests that require you to go to a specific destination on the designated planet and defeat a Champion enemy.
To view the currently available objectives, open the Rewards window to the Galactic Seasons tab and click to view Objectives in the bottom left.
You can open this window from the menu bar by hovering on the first icon and choosing Login & Seasons Rewards
How this mission works
The mission includes high profile targets for Republic and Empire origin story players. The targets are friendly to one faction and hostile to the other.
You can find these targets at their locations at any time and attack them solo or with a group of players. They only count for the mission if it is listed for this week’s Galactic Season objectives.
The targets are visible and accessible to any level player, but to be able to comfortably defeat them, you should bring a character that is at the appropriate level range (or higher) for the planet. The high profile targets respawn very fast.
Given the fact that this is a low-level planet, you should not have any troubles defeating the targets. If you are struggling with them while leveling, upgrade your leveling gear by purchasing shells and mods on the Fleet.
Republic Targets
The Liabilities of Balmorra includes two targets for Republic players. Defeating these two targets, will earn you the Liberator of Quesh achievement.
OT-15 Eradicator Droid
You will find OT-15 Eradicator Droid in the middle of Gorinth Canyon on Balmorra. From Gorinth Outpost, head southwest and cross the bridge, then look for a large destroyed cannon on your left, before the next bridge.
Xoltyr N’lson
You can find Xoltyr N’lson in the far southwest corner of Markaran Plains region on Balmorra. He is outside the bondries of the regional map, standing in front of a tree on the far southwestern edge of the body of water.
To reach the location, head straight west from the Lower Markaran Outpost. Head through the narrow canyon to the south and past the green pools. As you face the Imperial area in the western end of the map, turn northwest.
Empire Targets
The Liabilities of Balmorra includes two targets for Empire players. These two targets are part of the Tyrant of Quesh achievement.
Captain Devsh
You can find Captain Devsh inside a crater next to a large rubbles of metal in the southern part of Balmorra’s Sundari Flatlands region. From the Sundari Imperial Outpost, head straight east.
Smuggler Phylo Daan
You can find Smuggler Phylo Daan in the far eastern end of the Gorinth Canyon region on Balmorra. He is between the two connections to Sundari Flatlands.
The quickest path is to start from the Sundari Imperial Outpost. Take the lifts down and head. Before the bridge, jump down on the left side. The NPC is right next to a broken speeder.
